Traveled with our son for a tournament. Stayed in the non smoking section but the hotel and rooms still reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Our room was dirty with chips, garbage and hair all around on the floor. Continuous slamming of doors and screaming of drunks throughout the night made it hard to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for people traveling with young kids or doing business. Probably a great place if you’re looking to party and be up all night.

The room was okay, but we were put in a room with an adjoining room door. Walls very thin could hear children yelling next door. Furniture and carpets were shabby. Bed cover stained. Rewards Card desk seemed entirely unstaffed every time I went by it. Stains on elevator doors, food on the main floor of elevator bank, pool attracts children so you have children somehow showing up to an adult casino in summer (as if this is a family environment?) Very few dining establishments compared to neighboring Borgata, couldn't even tell you where the buffett was, we never found it. Gordon Ramsay restaurant legit one of the most awful meals I've ever had and indigestion ruined our entire evening. Yeah, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
Worst resort, stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place! They might have the slowest service of any hotel or resort anywhere. It took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a sandwich from the Starbucks on property. The pizza place line didn’t help one person for 10 minutes. They had a wrestling tournament for kids and shutdown the pool and arcade but still made you pay the resort fee. When we showed up, there was one towel in the bathroom. The front desk staff is non existent. They put a mandatory 15% tip and 5% service fee plus a tip on top…..meaning you tip at least 30% on everything for the slowest service I have experienced. They charged $28 for a bottle of wine at the gift shop that costs $10 at a normal liquor store.

The room was a dump. It wasn’t cleaned well. Dusty, sticky surfaces. Prior guest’s contacts left to dry and crust on nightstand. Trash on floor in front of window. What looks like mold coming out of wall vent and spread on the wall. They charge a daily resort fee yet there is no free Wi-Fi for hotel guests, no pool towels, pool cover charge and you pay for SELF-parking. Check in and check out was done via kiosks. With that in mind, what exactly is the resort fee for? When I tried to talk to someone at the front desk, the line was long and in the end, completely fruitless as Tyreesha was borderline rude. It’s very loud at the front desk with music and gaming in the background and she acted like it was my fault I couldn’t hear her. But hey, thanks for wearing a mask. I do appreciate that. We went to the spa for a massage and mani/pedi. After our nails were done at 4:45, we were told we could relax in the spa area while our nails dried. When we got back in there, Roxann told us the spa closed at 5. So after spending $140 on a massage and over $100 on getting our nails done, we’d have to get dressed and get out of there in 15 minutes. This was a horrible experience overall and I’m mad I wasted my money. Shoutout to Jackie, Deirdre, Maria, Mia and Hailey who were the only nice people we encountered and the only reason I’m even giving this place one star.
