This hotel and casino should just be bulldozed. What a disaster. My husband and I arrived on 10/8/21 -- we booked a 2 night stay in order to see Engelbert Humperdinck. When we arrived, we waited in line for over an hour to check in -- only 2 people working the front desk! I don't want to hear the excuse of COVID and no one wants to work -- unemployment disaster relief as ended. People have to work to survive. We were informed at check-in that we would NOT be provided with daily housekeeping. Come on, this is a casino resort - not a rinky dink motel. We paid a resort fee of $32 a day -- for WHAT????? Stores not opened, some restaurants not opened, we got stuck on the elevator twice, carpeting is bunched up in the hallways and the room is very, very dated. Do yourself a favor and go over to the Borgata! The restaurants were horrible. Prices were outrageous for what you got. The only good thing was the show! Engelbert, please do not return to this venue.
