Our second time at Harrah's and this was one of the worst customer experience we had. We checked in to our room at the waterfront hotel and our room had a strong lingering cigarette smell so we called front desk to switch our rooms and she said to go directly to the seven stars/diamond section to get a new set of room keys so we don't have to wait in line again. And we did just that but when we got in line, all of a sudden, the staff behind the desk named Arnold looked up and quickly shouted, "are you seven stars?" I said no, I am not but front desk told me to come here so I can get a new room key. He didn’t even let me finish and raised his voice and said no, go to another line and didn't even let me continue to talk. I was so upset and embarrassed. I am a guest player and last thing we need is to ruin our mojo and never come back to Harrah’s again. We might not be a seven stars player today but if this is customer service by them, no thank you. No human being should scream at another human being like that. Everyone was looking and I'm sure they were shocked as well. What a poor reflection of Harrah's to hire such a rude and mean staff. If that's seven stars hospitality, no thank you. We are disgusted at such poor customer service. If you can't be kind and polite, why are you even at client facing positions?! You can check your cameras to validate my claim. This was on Saturday, 12/26 at 6:58pm.
