Room was not properly sanitized. There was dog poop in the hallway. Mattress do not have covers only a sheet tucked in. The crowd of people there were not what you expected. The entire thing is false advertisement. Everything around the area is closed, nothing to do. And the food shops in the hotel are extremely expensive.

I checked in there at around 6 PM on friday the 31 of July and was sent to a room that did have the red "sanitized" tape on it and upon entering the room there was urine on the toilet seat, dirty hand towels, garbage in the can, and the bed looked like there was someone sitting/laying on it. Completely unacceptable during this pandemic. After refusing to stay there we went to the front desk and were switched to another room that was near the checkin, The Laguna tower. After taking a shower that night I called and explained that the shower door was not closing and water was getting all over the floor. Maintenance was supposed to come up to fix something or at least look at it, but nothing happened. In the morning I received no towels and called down to the front desk for towels and was told that they were requested and would be on the way up. After waiting over an hour there were no towels and I called again to get towels and was told that "they were already told and they should be there any minute". Still never came. I waited yet another hour and decided just to go to the beach and try and enjoy my day hoping that they would be there when I got back. They were not there and I came back around 4-5:00 PM in which I called YET AGAIN. I was rudely told "they should be there" when I asked for the manager I was told "she's busy I just yet another request in for you" and they hung up. I called back while in the shower because I was dirty from the beach and could not take the salt/sand on me anymore HOPING that they might actually deliver something as simple as towels. After drip drying for over 30 minutes in the freezing cold room, I went to the front desk to complain and the manager was "nowhere to be found" and they put in an emergency request for towels. Waited all night and received no towels, left went to the boardwalk until around 1 AM STILL NO TOWELS. Went to sleep and woke up to no towels in the room, but I had to take a shower before the long ride home. I was forced to take a shower anyways and the floor was once again soaked. I will personally never stay in this garbage excuse of a hotel if I ever have the choice to go ANYWHERE else in ANY other Atlantic City casino.

During covid-19 its been hard to enjoy my summer. so taking a trip to AC was a complete surprise. For the past two weeks I have been staying here. I most admit the accommodation was amazing. The check in was interesting you have to park your own vehicle so i was like wow this isn't gonna be fun. Yet to my amazement it was even better than expect. Mandatory Mask requirement. You must read a list of compliance list of rules. the check in in has two express and direct contact with front desk. Fully covid participating in social distancing. the line has sticker and almost every where there is hand sanitizing. Bathroom and casino floor is consistently sanitized. the walkway is clear all guest thank you New Jersian are kind and respectfully staying safe. Room is sealed and deep cleaned. Window have black out curtains. The normal expected amenities are not available yet to go restaurants are available. No complimentary beverages but its okay everyone is having a gtreat time. The table games have Plexiglas and keep both dealers and guest safe. the slots are still fun just have to stay one game away from the next player. The rooms are all luxurious, I had the chance to stay in both Waterfront and coastal towers. some rooms are executive ready to allow for guest to be able to do do remote working. Great view my room had a vanity so i was able to do my hair and above mask make fleet..No room service but the to go menu and several eats like AC Burger Co., Martorano's Pin Up's Pizza & Guys's Sammich Joint. And 24 Hr. Cafe. Pool Is open but limited and must reserve your Time.

Our family hasn’t gone away in a long time and we were looking forward to it and trusted that Harrahs would step it up with COVID. It put a damper on our stay and made us question the cleaning practices. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable
