Don’t bother calling security cause they are afraid to do anything . I called 2 times about the loud obnoxious party in the bayview tower . The music was loud and they had about 20 people in the room . What did security do ? NOTHING ! They are afraid of there own shadows !!! The obnoxious behavior continued all night ! . The woman who answered the phone from security on 9/27 at approximately 1:30 should be fired the way she treated me . I won’t be staying here anymore and im going to be 7 stars this year so i guess i’ll be staying at another hotel /casino

I have been a regular customer of Harrah's for over 5 years (and a Rewards member) but our visit this month will be our last (with apologies to laurafQ641SD..lol). We come for the pool and understand that it had limited capacity due to COVID but the rest the property is clearly not up to par anymore. It started at check-in. The kiosk was fine but our room in the Atrium Tower was not cleaned very well when we arrived. Glass stains on the tables, spots on the floors, hair in drain. We wondered if it had actually been sanitized as advertise. Another couple we met at the casino had the same experience and asked to change rooms. And the lines are intolerable! It is clear that Harrah's is trying to save money by cutting back staff. Does the management here actually notice how bad it is? One bar at the casino open with a line 15 deep. And forget about getting something at Cafe Tazza, the open-all-night foodery. No matter when we stopped there the line was 10+ deep and lot of very unhappy people. I gave up trying to get coffee there both mornings when the line was 20 deep - you would think they would staff up in the morning in anticipation of a breakfast rush. Ditto at the Coastal Craft (12+ lines) and the convenience shop (5-7 waiting at 3 different visits). The only bright spot was Starbucks, which seemed to be able to handle the influx of customers during morning rush. I congratulated the manager and she said she operates separate from Harrahs. The parking lot also leaves a lot to be desired - not cleaned very ,much and at capacity on Friday and saturday night. We and the people we met at the hotel garage both nights had been driving around almost 30 minutes looking for parking - is that anyway to treat your customers?Based on our experience, we visited 3 other properties in AC with plans to come back in 2 weeks. All were clean, easy to park, with few lines and courteous staff. Forget the Harrahs pool. It is not worth it when the rest of this property clearly is struggling.

Spontaneous trip on 9/25/2020 (Friday). Had to wait more than 1 hour + to check in; the only restaurant open 24 hours was a deli and the line to be serviced was more than 1.5 hours waiting (ordered food from an outside vendor; the front desk does not CONTROL the crowd in the line; people checking in with liquor on the counter. In a nutshell that place is overrun with MILLENIALS (drunk, loud and out of order). WOULD NOT EVER STAY HERE. THE WHOLE AMBIANCE WAS GHETTO.

I just don't understand all the recent negative reviews. We are regulars and visit AC a few times a year and have stayed at Harrah's about a half dozen times previously, this was our first trip on a holiday weekend (Labor Day). We expected it to be busy with crazy lines and waits, and were pleasantly surprised. While it was busy, I didn't feel it was overcrowded and had no major issues with wait lines anywhere. Despite the self in kiosk system crashing, I still got through the check in line in about ten minutes, I just don't buy the reviews where people claim to have waited 30-60 minutes. While I agree with some others that the parking garage needs a little cleaning, I had no other issues with cleanliness. Laguna tower room was spotless and updated. I don't always do well on the slots but this trip I doubled my money. Food options are still limited, but I think Harrah's does the best they can considering Covid restrictions. Even with what looked like longer lines I never had to wait more than a few minutes for food, and the pizza from Pin Up Pizza was not just good but fantastic for "food court" food. Hand sanitizer was available all over, but I do agree they should have bolted down the dispensers. I did see both the front desk and slot machines wiped down during my trip, and staff made sure guests were wearing masks. Also, information such as pool opening and restrictions, resort fees, restaurant hours, etc are ALL on the Harrah's website, and for all the complaints from people claiming they didn't know this information only have themselves to blame for not reading the info, it's totally there. To sum it up, things at Harrah's are just fine. Avoid the Waterfront tower and Atrium tower if you want updated rooms, as they are the only one not yet upgraded, all the other rooms have had facelifts. My only major negative is the people who visit and leave some of these reviews- it is so obvious people are throwing fits to try to get upgrade, or just have complaints about Covid restrictions, which you can't fairly blame the hotel for.Thank you Harrah's, we will be back soon.
