If your looking for a quick affordable stay then visit this establishment. I was able to book a bay view suite for a great price and it was worth every penny. Room: I was on the 23rd floor in the private suite section of the floor. In order to gain access you need a room key which provided privacy. Once you got thru it led you to the suites on that floor. The interior was fairly decorated with a spaced out living room and L shape couch. The TV was mounted on the wall as seen on the website pictures. There was a half bathroom with a ideal space for a sink and toilet. Also in the living room was a refrigerator, sink and table where it had a keurig machine for coffee. There were coffee cups and glasses. The living itself as a whole had a decent space which would allow for a comfortable stay along with adequate lighting. There were a set of double doors which led to the king size bed and bedroom area. In the bedroom there was a day couch next to the window which was a great compliment. The bed itself was was a little on the soft side, however comfortable. Along with the bedroom was a big second bathroom with led to a jacuzzi and stand up shower and his and hers vanity. This is where I think you saw the glamour of the room. The bathroom provided and escape and sort of an oasis of a spa. For the price it met and exceeded my expectations. The only cons were:No bathrooms in the room. The coffee area did not have any condiments such as a sugar or cream. The L shape couch could have been more deep cleaned and steamed.

I'm not one to generally write bad reviews. I try to find the good but our room during our Thanksgiving stay was so bad I needed to write this. We checked in and I asked how much it would cost for an Upgrade. I was told nothing available - I have to take the room assigned in the Marina Tower. I doubt that was true as the parking garage and the casino were empty. We opened our door and right away made a joke that the couch looked exactly like my grandmothers we threw out in the 90's. And the bed was old and trampoline like and on a metal platform maybe 15-18" off the ground at most. Then I noticed they ripped the doors off the armoire to fit the TV in. Next we looked for the safe to store our car keys, extra cash etc. There was NO safe in the room! Room was freezing - turned heat to 74 and it was always cold so doubt the heat was working well. The view out the window (where the thermostat was) was a roof with garbage on it and loading docks so we'd hear the Beep Beep of backing up trucks in the wee hours. Oh - to see this had to force open the curtain as it was broken / missing clips.  My wife turned on the ceiling light and it was like a strobe - it just kept flashing nonstop. Next we wanted to see what restaurants were open. Well there was NO book in the room listing any amenities. I looked on the TV and nothing. I looked on the phone and no buttons for this info. Went downstairs - nothing. All of this and the room reeked of decades old smoke. After this things got WORSE!!!! We ate (good meal) and gambled (donated) and went up to bed. Well......first were LOUD kids in an adjoining room. NON STOP screaming in the room AND in the hall (didn't security see them on camera running up and back?). After the kids we started to hear DOGS - yes DOGS barking - crying. You'd think they would NOT put a single couple on a floor full of kids and pets??? I AM ALLERGIC to DOGS. Not seriously but I get headaches and got a BAD one that night. And every time we made a noise the dog next door would bark. On top of everything else we were put in a room with an adjoining door!! WHY?! All night we'd hear dogs and toilets flushing. Got up and wanted to leave - went in bathroom and sounded like a jackhammer. I soon realized why when I turned on the shower - ours made the same sound I was hearing thru the walls. And the bathroom was so old it had a tub. As we were leaving I looked under the couch cushion for something my wife dropped and the stains were gross. Are they human or animal? See pictures! Of note was I tried to sign into WiFi and it said I needed to register first. When I entered my room and last name it failed and wanted a credit card to sign on!! NO WAY! I was charged a $27 "resort fee" (plus taxes and fees) and couldn't even get WiFi! We didn't use the WiFi, the gym, the pool - none of the amenities yet still had to pay the $27 plus. Note 2 - When we went to the room there were room service trays etc. When we left - still there. There were papers and cards on the hallway floor - 24 hours later - still there. And the carpet is so stained and wrinkled it actually has trip hazards!
