By far the worst hotel stay ever! It should change its name to Motel 6. Advanced checkin was useless because all the kiosks were down. Only 2 or 3 desk agents at high checkin time. My room was definitely not well cleaned. They actually leave carts in the hallway so that you can get your own towels, etc. No valet service during the week. Restaurants, pools and many amenities are either closed, close early or just don’t exist anymore. Gaming floor is filthy. I thought Harrah’s Philadelphia was a dump but now I know it’s just Caesars’ properties. New owners at some, poor management at others. STOP BLAMING COVID for your horrible service! You’re just taking advantage to reduce costs. I’m done with all Harrah’s and Caesars properties.
Clean, updated but not for kids

On top of that there is a resort fee but nothing included with resort amenities. Still a 4 out of 5 as they upgraded the room and they were spacious, clean and updated. Just kids disappointed with very little to do.
Ok for one night. Sad and has been city.

We got a last minute deal from Priceline. The hotel premises were ok but guests are really disgusting. We avoided them and went straight to our room, which was ok. Nothing special. It was our first time in Atlantic City but will be the last. The" city" and it's promenade are dirty, old and bad been.It was really sad. Everything was closed in the hotel so we drove to a small shopping plaza, in the residential area east of the hotel for some food and wine. Found some organic wine at White star liquor store and we continue to buy it in our Whole food store in Miami

The VIP room for the Seven Star high rollers was very on organized. Seven Star Lounge was understaffed and unorganized for this event. Also the front desk check-in for the Seven Stars was truly unorganized. This entire weekend seem to be unorganized. This is the first time this since being a Seven Star member this has happened. But other Seven Star members was also complaining how the new owners of Harrahs are treating us now since purchasing Caesars Entertainment. Many of us was going to other casinos to eat and gamble due to how we are being treat now. Truly wish the old owners haven’t sold it. Now it seems like we’re just regular players. Even in Harrahs Philadelphia in Chester, everyone is talking how they treat us. Maybe I’ll start going back to the Borgata
