I visited Harrahs AC 7/2 to 7/4. The first night (Before Grand Re-opening) was ok. The Rooms should all have Seals on them to signify that they were cleaned and sanitized. Well the first room (WE requested the tower) in the Atrium had the seal but it was already broken. We originally assumed that housekeeping may have forgotten something and went back in and didn't replace the seal so we continued in. Once getting in the room, we did our usual inspection to make sure everything was good and found evidence of water damage and residue from the damaged ceiling on the floor, phone and desk so we went downstairs to request another room.. Our second room in the Atrium was fine, just outdated compared to other towers. The one thing that irritated us was the bed. They still use spring beds.No restaurants are open for dining but have a couple open for take out. They did have dining available on the boardwalk which would have been nice (Right outside Poker room) but for some reason the boardwalk lights in that one section was not working. Even with the lights now working we still continue until we all were suddenly interrupted by a racoon or possum (didn't stick around long enough to see exactly) roaming the area so we have to take out food back to our room. It already comes as takeout in bags anyway so that wasn't too much of a hassle.The Gambling was OK. There were No new machines that I found. I loss money early. Made some of it back and winded up going to bed an almost breakeven. So OK first night.Day 2. (Grand Re-opening for All) Wake up calling for in-room dining. We keep getting transferred by hotel operator because we thought our button was broke or something.. After about 8 attempts we finally got someone who told us that it was closed. You would think that in-room dining would be the safest for guests to eat and it would be open. NOPE!We decided to go downstairs to gamble a little (which turn to a lot). I blew through over $2K in money and only got the bonus 2 times on all the games I played. The machines were just sucking it up. I expect them to be tight but this was rediculous. Even talking with other guests, they were having the same kind of miserable experience. I understand they were closed for three months but they could have atleast made it a little interesting while they took your money. I literally put $500 in the two machines right next to each other and didn't get the bonus not one time and I was only betting $2.50 and $5.00 dollar bets with the denomination on dimes. It was truly a disaster and it really pissed me off. After losing so much in so little time, I decided to give up, pack my bags and leave. I didn't even stay the full second night because I was so disappointed. Then the icing on the cake, my host (Olga) contacted me to check if I was having fun. I just ignored the text out of disappointment. No shame to Olga though. She is an excellent host and for me being only a Diamond Plus member, she works her magic for us. We really appreciate her. She was the only Bright spot of this Post Covid adventure!

We had the large suite and we were able to accommodate 10 people with no problem. There were 2 bedrooms so 4 could sleep there and there was a couch if needed. We were there 3 days and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We went to the Viking Cooking School and the Mynd Spa. The pool was great to just sit and relax. Great weekend!

Seems like gift-giveaways etc ALWAYS are the days before we arrive & after we leave,,Even same day we leave-gifts are gives out AFTER we leave that day !!!

I love my room we stayed at the Bayview towers 1st time staying in that tower was very nice .my mom was to be with us but because of this virus she stayed home .miss her this trip me and my neice and her husband we had a lovely time .we ate at McCormick and Steak and the food was deliciousioso. Very good we plan to eat there again one day.the only thing was near the end of our stay wasn’t very nice .
