Please do not come to Harrah’s Ak-Chin if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other cold and flu-like symptoms, and immediately seek medical attention for further guidance. The management at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino has implemented social distancing and health & safety measures for the well-being of all casino guests, employees and visitors to the property. These include:

WEARING MASKS

  • Everyone is required to wear a mask while indoors throughout the property. The mask must cover your nose and mouth, except when eating, drinking or smoking.
  • Anyone who refuses to wear a mask, after being asked, will be directed to leave the property.
  • Masks are available to guests upon entry into the property.

NO SMOKING

View Designated Smoking Areas

  • No smoking will be allowed on the casino floor, except in designated smoking areas.
  • Designated smoking areas include the following:

                · Outside Casino Main Entrance

                · Outside Patio Area Near Agave’s

                · Outside Fire Pit on North Side of Pool

                · Indoor Smoking Area

CLEANING & DISINFECTING

  • The property is cleaned and disinfected daily and throughout each shift
  • Team members have been trained on proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures, as well as proper usage of PPE.
  • High touch items are cleaned and disinfected between use.
  • The Sanitizing Squad is comprised of dedicated team members scheduled during key times to sanitize slot machines and high-touch areas.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Social distancing procedures are implemented across the property, including appropriate signage in queuing areas.
  • Casino floor, restaurants and other seated venues have reduced their capacities to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at the Cashiers Cage, The Events Center, Caesars Rewards, Hotel Front Desk, Gift Shop, Sundries, Bingo Cashier Counter and all restaurant counters to promote safety for spaces that don’t allow for safe social distancing (less than 6 feet).
  • Social distancing and proper mask wearing public announcements are broadcast every 20 minutes on the casino floor.

HAND WASHING & SANITIZING

  • Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the casino.
  • Team members are providing hand sanitizer at hotel check-in, table games, cashiers cage and other guest transaction points.
  • Hand washing reminders are posted in all restroom facilities.

SLOTS

  • The gaming floor was redesigned to create social distancing between slot machines.
  • Machines are disinfected regularly throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available near slot banks.

TABLE GAMES

  • There is no smoking allowed at table games.
  • Positions are limited at each table to allow for appropriate social distancing. (only 3 gaming positions instead of 5 or 6)
  • Guests are not allowed to congregate behind players at a gaming table.
  • High touch gaming items are routinely disinfected, and cards are refreshed more frequently.
  • Dealers will provide hand sanitizer to every arriving player.

HOTEL

  • Front desk has been arranged to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Queues have been marked to identify the appropriate distance between guests.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided at the front desk.
  • Team members, including guest room attendants, will not enter occupied rooms.
  • Guest deliveries will be dropped off outside the guest room door.

RESTAURANTS

  • Table configurations have been adjusted to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Tables have been removed or closed in dining outlets to maintain social distancing.
  • High touch items are cleaned and disinfected between guests or have been replaced with disposable versions.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided at entrances, which guests are encouraged to use upon arrival.
  • Self-serve items, such as condiments, have been removed.
  • The Buffet remains closed at this time.

BARS

  • Tables, chairs and barstools have been arranged to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Bartenders are providing hand sanitizer to every arriving customer.

BINGO

  • Tables and equipment are sanitized before and after each session.
  • Bingo is now a Smoke Free environment.
  • Limited seating is available, with chairs arranged six feet apart to accommodate social distancing.

THE SPA

  • The Spa hours of operation are Friday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Only three guests are permitted in the front lobby or relaxation room at any given time.
  • Locker rooms will remain closed at this time.
  • Nail salon will only have two stations available for service.
  • All employees are wearing masks and gloves during the duration of their shift.
  • Estheticians are wearing face shields in addition to face masks as added protection as they work face-to-face with guests during the services.
  • Guests will continue to wear a face covering while in the spa except for while they are in their massage and facial.

FITNESS CENTER

  • Exercise machines are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided at entrances, which guests are encouraged to use upon arrival.
  • Certain machines are temporarily unavailable to allow for social distancing.
  • Wipes are available for guest convenience.

POOL

  • Cabanas and lounge chairs have been arranged to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Seating is cleaned and disinfected between guest use.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the area.

ENTERTAINMENT

  • All concerts and lounge entertainment has been suspended at this time.

RETAIL

  • Queues have been marked to identify appropriate distance between guests.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the area.
