My wife and I booked a 2 night stay, we were only going to see a concert. The rooms looked nice but very small. We expected more from a ceasers property especially with cleanliness. The floor and mirrors were dirty. I'm glad they had a refrigerator and coffee maker but the coffee maker was nasty. We have a travel keurig so that solved that issue. The front desk staff is not welcoming at all. They also give you no information about your stay. After we checked out our room we got ready to go to the pool. This turned in to mission impossible, I don't know why they don't use the same policies as vegas properties. You are not allowed in without wrist band which are given at the front desk. At the pool the towels are checked out by room number and last name. If they are not returned your room will be charged $25. The pool is very low staffed and again horrible service. Oh yeah also keep your wrist band on the entire trip if you plan on using the pool again. I threw mine away after using the pool and was given a hard time. I actually had to go back to my room and dig through the trash to give to the front desk before they would issue another. The restaurants by the casino were ok but again not staffed accordingly. One of the hostess actually told us this. The highlight was probably the 347 grill, the female supervisor at the host stand was really nice. She got us in quickly and everything was reasonably priced, good food too. I'm a slot player and these are the tightest slots I have ever encountered. I think I will stick to Vegas or even laughlin.

It’s a sign if the times. Pool closed all day May 2nd they had to empty after a weekend of parties. Hardly seems fair When you pay for a premium room ground floor. Casino is different. 70% non smoking. The music by the pool is blasting all day. And horrible. So if you want a couple of days being aggravated. Good to Harrahs

First time here as I was driving across country. The lady that checked me in was so very nice. Don't think I ever had a nicer person checking me into a hotel. She was also very helpful since I've never been here before. Told me I needed a wristband in case I wanted to use the pool. The dining leaves a lot to be desired not a lot of choices and didn't feel any of them were that good and I also didn't think the food was worth the prices they charge.
Clean, adequate, but incredibly slow service and few food options anywhere

We stayed here for a four-day conference/event. Otherwise I can't think of a reason to stay here unless it's to play the slot machines. Bring lots of patience, good walking shoes, and snacks to tide you over when restaurants close. Pros - Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the shower had a rainfall shower head that felt delightful. The banquet dinner was excellent. The pool area is expansive and attractive with a swim-up bar. The hotel gym is well equipped and had everything I needed for a workout. Cons There were a no instructions (like the typical 3-ring binder in most places) in the room as to restaurants, internet availability, room service, and local resources. Thus, we did not know that all the restaurants on the premises close at 9 pm, which means they stop seating people at 8 pm. Want coffee in the morning? The only option before 7 a.m. is a Dunkin' Donuts in the casino that opens at 5:00 a.m. that is woefully understaffed and incredibly slow. Slow as in four people ahead of us, 20 minutes later we reach the register.Cons - few food options, and they all close early, except for the one high-end restaurant (I forget the name) service is slow, as in the staff. The main restaurant is only open to casino regulars on Friday/Saturday. Not only that, the town of Maricopa is the land of strip malls, so there are no decent restaurants except what is in the hotel.Internet is not free. It is $9.99/24 hours for the 'premium' internet service. Bring your walking shoes. Everything is very spread out.Hints - use the parking garage, not the ground parking, as desert winds can be brutal.
