No Customer Service, dirty unkept rooms, and disrespect!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon here for 2 weeks, but originally only reserved and planned on staying for 4 nights. Starting with checking in at the front desk the employee had quite an attitude snapping at me when talking to me. We were upgraded to the 2rm suite, we had asked multiple times to extend our stay in that room but the African American female employee said we had to move that the room wasn't available but when checked online not logged in it allowed for me to book that room that night. When we asked about being told otherwise that lady literally called us stupid. Were diamond tier here and expected to get treated and talked to with respect at the very least! We ended up being upgraded and moved again 5 times in the 2 weeks we stayed and every time we were told that they dont like to have the customers to be moving rooms at all during their stay as if we enjoyed packing up everything, and moving across the resort without being able to use the luggage cart ourself no we would've had to tip a worker every time to do so. The rooms all had inch thick piles of dust on the headboards, t.v's, lamps, etc. Sinks clogged, half the lightbulbs were dead (in the suite costing over $200), when it was time to move rooms 4 times we were rushed to do so, and even though we still enjoyed ourselves on our honeymoon we're very disappointed with how Harrah's customer service and any respect has disappeared. When giving a few thousand dollars playing in just the casino and another thousand or so for room stays and daily deposits you would think the place your giving all your money too and chosen for a honeymoon out of anywhere else you would think your business/loyalty wouldn't want to be pushed/forced away to not wanting to come back but I guess my 10 years in hospitality, and customer service taught me nothing cause that visit proves me wrong. Especially when complaining politely means nothing and an apology or anything to compensate for ALL that we went through(there's lost more not mentioned) didn't even get attempted! I doubt my husband and I will be going back or giving Harrah's/Caesar's another penny of ours after our honeymoon not being very pleasing due to staff attitude, disrespect and laziness on cleaning/maintaining the rooms(during covid-19 pandemic even)! Unless we get something/anything to make up for 1 of the many issues we encountered then we will take our money and loyal business elsewhere!!!Dont go here find somewhere worth it!

I used to love staying there until this past Labor Day weekend. The internet was non existent, I think they block you from connecting anywhere??!! We rented a cabana on Sunday and we didn't get any towels until around 6pm and the pool supervisor, Mary was very rude and she wasn't doing anything. Then on Monday, I went to the pool and put towels on 4 lounge chairs and told one of the nice attendant that we're going to get breakfast and return. We got back and someone took over and again Mary didn't do anything about it. I know you could not reserve chairs, but it's first come, first serve and we have our stuff there that was obviously moved. Yeah, our mini resort pool time failed.

We stay at the hotel frequently, we like the food, gaming etc. Try the 347 restaurant by the bowling alley if you want a change of pace.Anyway, we stayed 4 days and were rudely awakened at 1:07 am Monday morning by security of all people.They said my wife played a machine that had money in the machine and they were accusing her of theft, all at I:07 am? The machine was vacant, no drink, no person, and nobody came back to the machine while we were there. We were not very awake during this Gestapo tactic. Why couldn't it wait until the morning?I have written to everyone I can think of about the incident and not a soul at Caesars Entertainment or Harrahs has relied! We won't be back! Plenty of casinos near us.

I visited harrah's ak-chin and played blackjack early this morning. They changed out the 6 decks of cards which is a pretty normal occurance. What is not normal is the following: The dealer started busting one hand after another during the entire shoe. 10 - 15 minutes after changing the cards they brought over 6 new decks of cards and replaced the cards in the shoe. I asked the bit boss why they were changing cards so soon after changing them. He ignored my question and walked away. I will never gamble in this casino again!
