I recently visited this Harrahs and planned on 3 nights and left after 2.I will start with the positive the check-in staff, front door greeter and casino cleaning staff were friendly. Now the negative they don't check for your temperature at front door, it is not mandatory to wear a mask, the pool was filthy, trash everywhere (parking lot and pool area)pool bar tender was cranky. Room cleaning service was not done at all (1 roll of TP is not enough for 3 guests for 3 nights stay) coffee was not restocked either. No bottled water in room at all. I am not used to seeing a Ceasars establishment ran so poorly.I do not recommend this location at all!I was told by a floor cleaning member that a lot of staff were quitting which left the remaining staff over worked, that tells me that it is being poorly managed.
