We did not have a good experience The Landing Cafe even though it was highly recommended by my Casino Host.We arrived at 5:02 pm...they opened at 5:00 pm. We had to wait to be seated for 15 minutes. The hostess mentioned they were not really ready and had only 3 waitresses...she said they did not to overwhelm them. OK.....LOL it's not like there were lines out the door.....and this restaurant is only open on select evenings. With many empty tables we were seated by the kitchen door. If you order a glass of wine it is a very short pour (14.00 per glass). We only ordered burgers and waited another 30 minutes. The lettuce on mine was black and moldy.....I handed it back to the waitress on my side plate. She apologized and took it back to the kitchen. I was not offered another burger and was charged for it....VERY strange. Later on, I think it was a manager of sorts, came over to see if we needed anything. All in all it was a bad experience and will not be back to this restaurant.

As a former "Road Warrior" having over 5,000 nights at hotels over 30 years of traveling for business, I don't give FLUFF reviews, hotels have to EARN a great review.SUMMARYI have stayed at the Harrah's in Cherokee many time, and I have rated it very highly, but this "Mini Me" doesn't come close, it's average with a small game room.Wanted to try the hotel, and now I have, but nothing to make me stay there again, would stay at another branded hotel with a better reputation.PositiveThe 1 positive part of this hotel over the Cherokee Harrah's, is that you can access the food court if you are under 21, Cherokee you can't.HOTEL 3/5RoomsGood, nice size and set up. ElevatorsThe hotel set-up is NOT a good design, with the elevators basically on one side on the hotel rooms, so there is a lot of walking.Bed /PillowsJust averageParkingLot is half paved and half gravel, why?VALUE 4/5 *(M-TH stay @$63, weekends are EXTREMELY expensive and NOT worth it)* Wifi @ $10.95 not a deal !STAFF.................... 4/5Front Desk 5/5Casino 5/5Security Covid Checkpoint 3/5

Usually a wonderful stay but this time not so much! I will say the hotel staff was and always has been very nice and welcoming! Housekeeping needs some work! Our shower was FILTHY with mold! I had to clean it before we could even use it! We notified the front desk and received the explanation “it’s been like that from day one!” Ummm, no it hasn’t! We have stayed here numerous times and never had any issues with the bathroom shower being dirty! Hopefully, housekeeping can step it up a little and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
Always a great stay

Visited a week ago and had a great time as always. Yes, things were quite different since Covid 19 but precautions were being taken and we felt it was a safe environment. The rooms were as always clean and comfortable. There were less machines to play on but was glad they had everyone spaced apart. Masks were always on everyone, and I saw someone with theirs below the nose, and staff member advised them it had to be on properly. We played for 3 days and nights and I can't complain about the slots, they paid off well at times. Overall a great trip !!! We've been members for many years and never disappointed with Harrah's !!!!
