We had a great 2 night stay. the room was spacious and clean. Harrah's Cherokee is doing a fantastic job during Covid. They take temperature when you arrive, face masks must be worn at all times in public spaces and looked like they were cleaning constantly. Be advised there is no coffee maker in the room during Covid and no smoking in casino but you can go outside to designated smoking area. There are some smoking allowed rooms in the Soco Tower. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We live in Tennessee and decided to take a quick overnight trip to Cherokee, about a four hour drive if making the obligatory potty stops 😊I made the reservation through my Caesar’s host and our room was comped so I can’t speak to the room cost. But we were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was really quite nice. Sitting area with tv, wet bar, microwave, reclining chair, and stocked refrigerator (no liquor; just water and soda) as well as a decent sized guest bathroom. There was a separate bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king size bed, a tv, and an awesome bathroom. Nice amenities, jacuzzi tub, and a rain shower. It was so nice I’m sorry we were only there for one night. The property itself is beautiful and I did pretty well in the casino playing slots but unfortunately put it all back chasing that elusive big handpay jackpot that continued to be out of my grasp 😂 Social distancing is still being followed so many slots were turned off but didn’t have any problem finding and playing what I wanted. I think they are still operating at 50% capacity because of Covid but most of the restaurants have reopened including Ruth’s Christ but we didn’t have reservations and didn’t feel like waiting to be seated so just ate in the Food Court which wasn’t fantastic but definitely acceptable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, especially if you’re able to get yourself a Junior Suite.

Have no clue why the other reviewers are unhappy! Stayed 4 days September 21st thru September 25. It was comforting that upon arrival, at Valet, Temperatures were taken - masks offered - wrist bands given. Upon walking to desk to check in we were delighted that the Desk person wiped down everything at the Counter! We had the room style requested. Before Arrival we were told that DUE TO COVID-19 protections there would NOT be coffee/tea station in the room! WE HAD A 'FRIG that held our personal food; we drove up from Florida! The Room was delightful. Had a nice couch to sit on with coffee table. Bellman delivered our luggage to the inside of our door and would not step inside for our protection. No maid service for the same reason however, any of the attendants in the hall extended towels, et al upon request. THE POKER ROOM: Each table, chair and front of seat was sanitized! Each Guests hands were sprayed upon arrival. If one left a table, before the cards were dealt -> Dealer sprayed our hands again. EVERYONE WAS MASKED UP!! THE MACHINES: They were cleaned frequently, in addition, a large box of sanitized wipes were available to any guest to wipe down machines ( in each isle ). We felt that the Hotel and Casino went above and beyond to protect their guests. The bed was comfy as can be! We brought our own pillows (we were traveling) but the pillows in the hotel were LOVELY! BEYOND that? People in the poker room chatted and were raving about the comfy pillows so much they wanted to know WHERE THEY COULD BUY THEM! We wanted to enjoy some out door cool weather and hiked MINGO FALLS - 150 steps - easy walk & so very worthwhile!! EVERYONE on the walk had masks. Ages ranged from 20's to 80's; it was great to escape Florida temps and experience the WATER FALLS! SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS DONE BY ALL - GREAT CONSIDERATION BY ALL!! MUCH BETTER THAN FLORIDA IS DOING!The price was VERY reasonable; we had no comps and paid hotel rates. Stayed for 4 days for $600ish "out the door". We got FREE VALET for booking through HOTEL! We ate at a few food court places as we were on the run! ALL GOOD! Met the Casino Host- DREW FARRIS, Drew sent cookies to our room because we mentioned we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary; HOW KIND! Buy the cookies . . they are fabulous! Grabbed Morning Breakfast at Star Bucks coffee area. Great Egg and Croissant sandwiches, stuffed with bacon! The setting around the hotel is glorious. A river runs down between awesome landscaping. Out side tables available to smokers! EVERYONE FROM HOUSE KEEPING TO HIGHEST STAFF & SECURITY GREETED US WITH A "HELLO". The people who were there as guests were as happy as we were. We are CONSTANTLY TRAVEL - EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGH!! WE HAD THE BEST TIME! WE SHALL RETURN AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR THE POSITIVITY THAT FILLED THE AIR. .....One more thing, we made money, but as every good gambler.... we chose to give it back!! LOL!! GOOD JOB HARRAH'S!!

All proper social distancing guidelines where in place and sanitation practices followed. The casino floor was smaller than normal due to COVID restrictions and renovations going on but still had a nice time.
