I actually won.I only play blackjack and have an average wager of $500 per hand.I really hate having to go to Harrah's, but it's the only game in town. I live in Atlanta.

This was my first visit to Harrah's Cherokee. It's close to Atlanta and so we celebrated my mother's 88th birthday there. Here are a few comments about our stay:There is a lot of walking from hotel to casino while pushing a wheelchair. The signs/directions were confusing. We arrived Sunday late pm. We unloaded our suitcases and went down to the casino. We tried to find a place to eat. Our only choice was the food court which was crowded and the few choices weren't appetizing. The hotel definitely needs updating but the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had fun playing the slots and actually won some money! Love the fact that it's no smoking!

The casino being smoke free is awesome! Please keep it that way. Please open more ultimate hold em tables. It is almost impossible to get a table on the weekend. Maybe try the way cruises do it. Have a sign up sheet to play when it’s full and announce the next player when a spot becomes available. This is all my wife & I play and we’re gonna start going to another casino if we can’t get a table. Replace some of those blackjack tables to ultimate hold em tables. Thank you again for being smoke free!

So I have been to Harrah's Several times and I have yet to be disappointed. This trip was the same ! The check in process was really simple I did the express check in but still had to go the front desk since I was kind of late. The receptionist "I can't remember his name" was extremely helpful and nice. The room was pretty big and clean the only negative thing I can say was the toliet seat was really old. I didn't bother complaining since my room was comped with total rewards. The outdoor pool was really nice only went to 3.6 feet so it was really comfortable. The bartenders and servers were AMAZING! They constantly checked on the guest and we're very friendly. Only thing I would say is to watch out fir the bees. The casino wasn't very busy Wednesday or Thursday so playing a slot or table was really easy. Please take in consideration the table limits are typically 15-25 dollars minimums but even after losing the dealers were pretty cool. My boyfriend snd I also checked out the bowling alley with her 5 month daughter and the wings retro pretty good! Housekeeping may have been limited due to Covid so I had to request extra towels but once again the staff was really helpful! I I will most certainly visit again! Drinks at the pool we're really good and the atmosphere was kid friendly !I've seen people complain about the walk to the casino which really didn't bother me I've went to Vegas several times so this walk was a piece of cake !
