We stayed June 19th and 20th. The employees were especially nice and helpful. I felt they were nicer than those in Biloxi, yet it could have been that they were getting used to everything. The room was clean. We stayed in the Creek Tower (Room 468) and those rooms have a fold out loveseat for those that have extra roommates. As they limit 4 guests per elevator, they got filled up quickly. Luckily there were only a couple flights of stairs (Thus the lower floors may be a better choice). The pool was very nice and I recommend getting there in the morning as it fills up. I did not see any management excluding guests due to the capacity; I think they limited chairs instead. Personally, I hated wearing a mask in the casino. It is very uncomfortable to me, yet I understand the reason. I probably will not go back until it becomes “optional”. Brio was very good as always and, of course, you did not have to wear a mask when you are in there. Couple of pics below showing the only smoking are (rotunda) and pool. I also included a photo op pic from the room so you can see the view (we just put the masks on for the viewers) . One other thing, we won very little on the slots. It was crowded and you need to be flexible for the older games.

We had stayed at the Cherokee property in quite a while. The Pre-check in process was superb, easy fat and efficient. We used the Kiosk for check in and easy process- from getting keys to safe processing of information. Hands free totally. We stayed in creek Tower excellent spacious room, clean for sure ,quiet . Check out also easy just sign out on TV monitor . Process of wearing face masks required/ no exceptions. Slots spaced for 6 f.t distance. Black Jack tables cleaned between every guest -- Safety is Top Priority Temp check prior to admission. Masks provided free of charge

This was the first time we have been to Harrah's Cherokee since the corona virus and knew things would be different but we were disappointed with the lack of communication and service. My wife and I arrived expecting to have a king bedroom and were given a double queen, no big deal but when we realized this, I went back down to the front desk and learned the same thing happened to our friends who were in line in front of us however they were moved to a new room and somehow we were not given the same option and told there were none available. We were also told when we made the reservation that the pool would be open when we arrived, however it was not. Our tv in the room also did not work. We made reservations for Brio a week in advance and arrived to find they only offered a shell of their normal menu and extremely slow service. These were all minor issues and we still had a good time on our trip but even the service in the casino was disappointing as we had a rude team of dealers at a craps table that led us to retire for the night after 10 minutes of playing, it was our first time attempting to play craps and the dealers made it a point to embarrass us and reprimand us for our inexperience which I felt was unacceptable. There were very few seats available and the wait for a spot was fairly lengthy so be patient and hope you get a dealer that doesn't ruin your night with their disrespectful attitude. We have stayed and played at this facility several times and are normally pleased with everything so hopefully this was just an anomaly.
