Checking in wasn’t as painful even tho I was shifted to another employee because someone is always being trained I come once a month and seems the only person who know how to do anything is the manager. I knew when checking out using points has to be done at end of the stay, even tho I knew this I asked the day before I left so I can just leave, every time I try to go by front desk only One employee ever working however there are other people behind the counter seem like everyone is always a being trained, makes me wonder is the turn over so high here for a reason. Big issue was checking out today the agent “Skyy” advised me she doesn’t work morning she’s only trained to check people in so she’s not knowledgeable on how to redeem points for resort fee. After she speaks to the supervisor and still unable to do something she then says the points are not working how else would you like to pay?. At this point IM PISSED. And I call for a manager right away and say this is unacceptable, once manger comes over she says you put a X her and the F8 like it was Skyy unable to take direction over the walkytalky. Even the supervisor looked annoyed. Not sure how you tell a guest because your not trained at something it’s now there problem and I have to pay additional money. This is horrible customer service and to tell someone I don’t know how to do my job makes me feel very good about staying here. When I’m in Omaha I stay at the Hilton garden (thru harrahs) much better experience, same guy there every day and a lot more friendly also. I hate when I book and they are sold out because I know every time I stay at harrahs their is an issue plus Hilton garden has free airport transportation. I hope Skyy doesn’t drive a lot more business away but I hope in future I’m always able to stay at Hilton garden.Other then the front desk the room was fine and the casino/security team is A+ always friendly and they know I get annoyed every time being carded in my mid 30’s so that extra smile and friendliness goes a long way. The two lady’s I interacted with in the back door grill was very nice and very accommodating with reconditions one was a young blond lady forgot her names. visit harrahs to gamble and eat just not stay because it’s one issue after another every visit.
