Harrah's Stir Cove Frequently Asked Questions
Will you be requiring all attendees to wear a mask?
Masks are now optional for guests and Team Members who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
What is the Stir Cove seating arrangement?
Stir Concert Cove is an outdoor, standing room only, venue. No seating is provided for General Admission ticket holders. Upgraded tickets with different seating options are available for purchase.
Where is the box office and will call located? It is located inside Harrah's next to Stir Cove Backstage Grill.
Where is the entrance to the venue? The entrance gates are on the north side of the building.
Can I leave and come back in? Yes, you must use the exit only gate and re-enter the venue through the entry gates. Upon exiting you must have your ticket scanned out to be able to re-enter. You MUST have a ticket to re-enter.
Can I smoke in the venue? There is ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or vaping inside the venue; you may smoke outside the gates in the Alohma Smoking/Vaping area.
I am handicapped; what ticket do I need to buy, do I get in early, where do I sit? You will only need a general admission ticket and may enter prior to the public through the VIP gate. We have a handicap section on the east side of the venue at the end of the walkway to the left of the stage. Ask any employee for help.

Can I take my drink in or out of the venue? No, all drinks must stay inside the venue. No outside beverages are allowed in the venue.
My tickets are at will call and I want my friend to pick them up; what do I do? If you purchased your ticket by phone or online via Ticketmaster you will need to call 1-800-745-3000 and ask Ticketmaster customer service to make a name change on your account.
My ticket was lost, stolen damaged or left at home; what do I do? If you purchased through Ticketmaster, bring your photo I.D and any purchase information to the box office to attempt to reprint your tickets. If your tickets were not purchased, or were purchased through a third party distributor, Stir Cove is not responsible for reprinting or replacing tickets.
I am on the guest list; where do I go? Will Call at the Stir Cove box office located inside Harrah's next to Backstage Grill.
Can I take my camera in? No professional cameras with zoom lenses are permitted inside Stir Concert Cove. This applies to any video cameras as well.
Do you have an ATM? Yes, the ATM is located to the right of the main bar; we also have one in the hotel lobby by the parking garage elevators.
I forgot my I.D.; how do I get my tickets and into the concert? I.D. is required for ticket pick-up - absolutely no exceptions. Guests without ID will be allowed entrance into the venue but will not be issued a 21+ wristband.
I'm not 21 yet. Can I still come to the concert? Yes, all ages are welcome but everyone entering the Cove must have a ticket. Any guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests 16+ must present valid ID as proof of age. If you are 21+ you must present a valid ID and receive a wristband to purchase alcohol. Guests must be 21+ to enter the Back Bar VIP area and Patio.
I'm bringing a younger child with me to the concert. Can I bring in a stroller? No, strollers or any similar items will not be allowed inside the venue.
How can I sit on the patio, deck, or The Back Bar VIP area?
You must have a VIP wristband for these designated areas. You must also be 21+ for the Back Bar or patio. Please contact Rob McCracken to inquire about VIP wristband purchases - email@example.com
The Back Bar will be open to all guests 21+ after the show.
Can I enter the venue through the Back Bar? If you have VIP Patio, Deck Seats, Pit or a Back Bar wristband, and are 21+, you may enter through the Back Bar area.
Can I bring in a chair or blanket? Yes, but it is subject to search.
Can I bring in food or drink? No outside food or drink will be allowed into the venue. This includes water bottles.
How do I buy a ticket? You can purchase online at Ticketmaster.com, any area Ticketmaster location, the Mid-America Center Box Office (M-F 12PM - 5 PM) or the Harrah's Box Office on concert days only.
What kind of payment can I use at the bars in the venue? Cash or credit cards accepted.
Do you have food? Yes, there are food vendors located on the north side of the venue.
