bad experience all around, from staff, to accommodations, to the pool and casino. Could not get enough towels for the 4 people staying in the room. Nor get enough toilet paper. The pool attendants where rude. The security staff was rude as well. The casino was so tight. Didn't see any handpays.

Positive side...the check-in clerk was pleasant and informative. The staff did wear masks and they were responsive to questions. The casino was small, and the seating was too close for comfort...More

Positive side...the check-in clerk was pleasant and informative. The staff did wear masks and they were responsive to questions. The casino was small, and the seating was too close for comfort given the Coronavirus issues. There appeared to be no requirement for guests to wear masks.. as a large number of people were not wearing masks. The room, decor and building are older and the bathroom in my room had mold or scum buildup on the shower walls around the grout. The air conditioner did not stay at the 68 degree temp I set it on, and keep rising to 70. There was no coffee maker in the room, which may sound trivial, however, it is commonplace for a small coffee unit to be available in rooms that advertise at this caliber. Overall, it was adequate at the most. The bed provided for a good sleep.

LONG POST AHEAD (Be Prepared.. brutally honest): This is the worst Harrahs Casino in the United States and probably the whole world. I checked in and the staff all had masks on, but had grumpy and irritable attitudes. I have a FoundersCard (which makes you a diamond member), I asked if I could be upgraded to a suite (with the FoundersCard it has complimentary upgrades to a suite). She called the manager and he said he would do it just this one time... my rooms were supposed to be comped through the Caesars app. When I checked in June 29, it was supposed to be until the 3, they had took a night off of my room (checking me out on the 2nd). I called them and told them and they said it was my fault that I told them to take a night off. So they told me if I wanted to stay another night I would have to change rooms ( I have 3 boys with me 7,3,1) so we all had to pack our things and change rooms to a different floor. The suite was pretty nice, but it was the farthest they could possibly get us away from the elevator. The room next to us had a dog that sounded like it was getting beat from the whimpers it was letting out. We went to the pool, the slope on the shallow end was so slippery my 3 year old fell and hit his head, I almost fell myself. There was Mold growing on the slope.. The regular room with 2 queen beds was disgusting and so nasty. They had the seal on both rooms saying they cleaned them, but I don’t think it was actually cleaned. It was awful and had a view of the top of the roof of mix mingle. The joint room next to us had people come in at 10:30 pm yelling, screaming, banging cabinets/doors, sounded like they were having a brawl, and hitting it wall, it woke my kids up they were so loud (momma bear mode comes out) I called the security guard (chuck) to let him know. He said “oh wow. Well I’ll try to send someone up to listen and check it out in a little while if I can.” We’ll, no one came. I kept an eye out to see if they would come and do something. Luckily the next door people fell asleep or just left. Thank God! We checked out the next morning, this is where RUSSIAN ROULETTE takes place, I discovered that our complimentary Rooms weren’t complimentary. They had taken out $260 out of my credit card. I was only supposed to pay the resort fee of $45, should have been only $108. (There wasn’t even a resort, no valet parking, early pool closing, No one cleaned our rooms, no room service, no nothing) I tried to tell them that the suite that was upgraded and our rooms were all complimentary and she told me that they weren’t and she wouldn’t call a manager for me. She kept telling me that I owed another $240 for the stay. This is the biggest rip off of a hotel. You’d be better off staying at the Hampton Inn or anywhere else other than here. The casino, has no payouts. It’s the worst casino I’ve been to in my life. If you love giving money away to slots, you’re welcome to go throw it away here. To play roulette it was at least $15 minimum to play (we had just got back from Vegas, where it was a $1 buy in to play roulette) For blackjack and table games it was $25 minimum to play. They are a big rip off. The drinks at the bar were horrible. They were giving us the a Strawberry daiquiri in 12 oz solo cup at first, the next day gave them to us in a tiny shot glass.. don’t expect to get drunk or get a buzz. Last year when we came, I was 36 weeks pregnant with my 3rd son, my husband had went to Beau Rivage to play poker. At 1AM the security guards came to my room pounding on the door, I thought something bad had happened, And scared me to death. They Wouldn’t tell me what was going on, and they made me call my husband back to the hotel because they accused him of stealing a $7 breakfast (and he’s a diamond member). They took him with them where they looked on the cameras and saw where he paid (He had charged it to the room like he did the last 3 days). They treated him like he robbed the casino. Never apologized or did anything to make up for that. Overall it SUCKED! It reminded me of the Harrahs in Tunica, and it’s shut down now. That’s where Harrahs Biloxi is headed. Don’t book a room here, run FAR AWAY, save your money and time and book somewhere, anywhere else except here! I will say this though... the only thing that was good was the service of the Bellhop. Everyone of those guys had a smile on their face, they were very friendly, and helpful.

The pool and pool bar area are horribly managed; slow slow service around the pool don’t bother waiting just walk up to the bar still a wait but much shorter. No one cleans during the day in the outdoor area I have pictures from several days but not sure how to post! I thought it would be great to have a Starbucks on site the service was great but everyday my feet stuck to the floor waiting in line because it never got cleaned! Thought we would try breakfast one day after getting seated right away we waited 30 minutes to just get coffee I lost count how long waited to get food! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else!!!
