Me and the wife came down from Nashville September 20-23. We were a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but everything was great and we had a lot of fun. The pool was nice and refreshing and you were able to order food and drinks poolside if you chose to. The casino staff was great, everyone from the dealers to the security seemed to enjoy their job. The Mix and Mingle restaurant/bar had really good food and good service. We ate there twice for breakfast and twice for supper. We didn’t eat at The Blind Tiger but heard many people saying it was excellent. Our hotel room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. There is no room service but we have come to expect that during Covid times. We had never been here before but would definitely come back again.

They have feature where you are assigned someone for text services and they check on you throughout the day making sure your stay is great and getting you anything you may need . This is the only casino I’ve been at that does this and I absolutely love the personalized feature. Kudos to Harrahs. I will be playing here a lot more. 5 stars

I stayed one night at Harrah's Gulf Coast in Biloxi as a halfway stopping point on my journey from Jacksonville, FL, to Houston, TX, a few days after Hurricane Ida passed thru Louisiana. I honestly chose it because it was one of two hotels with a room available and pet friendly. The staff, including security folks, check in desk and bellman were incredibly friendly! The lobby is great, several restaurants to choose from and across an enclosed walkway toward the beach was an outdoorsy restaurant called the Blind Tiger which I chose for a drink and bite to eat. They were short staffed (as all restaurants are right now) but very upfront about it and doing the best they could. I took my 2 dogs with me and enjoyed sitting outside, having a drink and meeting lots of really nice people (some escaping the aftermath of the hurricane). I had the boiled shrimp dinner...it was awful but again probably had to do with staffing problems. Guessing the shrimp just sat in warm water too long. The room was FABULOUS so comfortable and roomy and bed was comfortable as well. The only complaint I have is that it took me an hour to figure out how to get to the second (or third?) floor entry where you can unload your vehicle before parking. I had a cargo box on top of my vehicle so I could not enter the 7' garage that said "Self Parking". No where did it say "Check in". I called 3 times and was transferred to security who honestly tried to be helpful but they just didn't tell me to take the little bit more obscure, unlabeled ramp to where you could unload. A hotel guest ended up showing me how to get to that area. I got TO the hotel at 6:15 that evening but not into my room until 8 pm with all the driving around and around trying to figure out where to go. BUT with all the evacuees there I could not feel sorry for myself and the rest of my stay was awesome. It was quite expensive but at least a nice hotel. Did not go to the casino since it was so late and I had to take off early in the morning.

First of all, the staff is, as always, amazing. My wife and I have always been treated wonderfully at Harrah's. But this place has literally gone to the dogs! All places welcome service dogs, but Harrah's apparently let's anyone bring their pet. There were dogs in the casino, dogs in the elevator, dog shouting matches in the lobby while we were eating at Mix & Mingle. Sorry Caesars Rewards. We're switching to MGM. We left Harrah's and stayed at Golden Nugget. Super nice and no dogs!
