We were scheduled for a junket to gulf coast via sun country on tuesday from charlotte airport. The plane was there ready for us and passengers checked in and because one of the attendants got sick they cancelled the trip! The plane then flew to Biloxi with no passengers. We received our money back but no compensation in free play or meal vouchers or anything for the trouble and aggravation and airport parking that we all went through. That is unacceptable to me! When mgm flight was delayed coming home one time we received 100 freeplay each sns 20 meal vouchers!

Tired old hotel and casino

We spent three nights at this hotel as part of a Cesar's package, and I guess you get what you pay for ($35 per person for three nights and airfare.) The room was dark, DIRTY, and really depressing...More

We spent three nights at this hotel as part of a Cesar's package, and I guess you get what you pay for ($35 per person for three nights and airfare.) The room was dark, DIRTY, and really depressing. Some of the outlets didn't work. There was no clock in the room--maybe that's deliberate since it's a casino hotel? There was no maid service. The walls are paper thin, at least on the third floor. There aren't many places to eat in the hotel. The casino itself is very small and the slot machines are generic. We took the trolley to other casinos (Island View, Beau Rivage, Boomtown) and it was hard to return to such a gross place at the end of the day after seeing how nice it was at other places. I won't be staying there ever again.

We stayed at Harry’s Gulf Coast for our birthdays for a few days with our little puppy Harley. Checkin was easy breezy with friendly staff of course. Our pet friendly room on the second floor had a great sunset and ocean view. The room was exactly what we needed with our puppy to enjoy our casino fun. The casino itself gave us back enough money to enjoy the experience for our birthdays. We ate at the hotel and enjoyed the food with good service both times. The walk on the beach was fun with Harley the puppy and just wished for the old days when the seafood buffet with crab legs was still around.
