We were concerned that the pandemic would make everything uncomfortable. Not the case...The place was super clean and the staff was really warm and welcoming. Special shout out to two servers that went above and beyond in the hospitality department...Cocktail Server, Shayne and Pool Server, Margaret. They were awesome! We can't wait to go back! Just a few notes, so you're prepared. Because of the pandemic, they didn't put water bottles in the room. Also, there are no snacks or drinks in the vending machines on the hotel floors. Not sure about the rest of the resort, though. They do not service your room during your stay, but you can make requests from the cleaning staff or through the housekeeping phone number.

Went to hotel restaurant, waited ten minutes to be seated, as solo guest, host seated couple behind me, told me there are tables outside. I go outside, been fifteen minutes, not seen a Harrah’s employee, was about to buy couple expensive drinks and dinner. Oh well. Im out of here.

Stayed the first weekend after reopening (Memorial Day). The service was good with a couple of employees; most seemed stressed. I am not sure what to expect after the Covid Reopening, as I am sure...More

Stayed the first weekend after reopening (Memorial Day). The service was good with a couple of employees; most seemed stressed. I am not sure what to expect after the Covid Reopening, as I am sure the meetings and requirements for employees were intense. It appeared in their faces (from what I could see) and mannerisms You do not have to wear a mask in the casino. The beach was not crowded and we enjoyed ourselves there. Shaggy's was pretty crowded, but the service was ok. The room was somewhat clean and while I believe they tried, the service overall was lax. Elevators were limited and we had to wait or take the stairs. I debated on the review (stars) as I believe this trip showed me how some do under stress and most don't. Train your employees not to reflect their fears on the customers. We especially encountered a very angry security person (female) at the entrance to the casino that portrayed such stress and anger it had some turning away. I am glad they tried to reopen though and am hopeful for the future.

I am a diamond member at Harrah’s. I drove 12 hours to there. The room were outdated carpet was dirty and very worn. There were kids banging on the connecting room.the casino was outdated . Wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. I was supposed to stay for three nights but only stayed two nights couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We stayed here over Memorial day weekend for a break from COVID 19. We asked to have the room paid for with Harrah's rewards credits. They had no hot water in the shower for 2 days and were unable to take anything but cold showers they were unable to fix They billed my credit card twice and also took the incorrect amount of points so we paid for the room 3 times. I called and spoke with the front deck manger and all she wanted to do was yell and argue. I would not stay here again! I will have credit card dispute both charges.
