I stayed at this resort for my daughter airfoce graduation and the room and hotel overall was a great experience. The issue is with the security at the casinos I had to enter that facility to go to steak and shake and I was with my 20 year daughter and I sat my drink on one of the slots while we where headed to the restaurant I had to get my phone out my purse out of nowhere the security came to us and said you cannot gamble with a minor. I stated I'm not I'm try to something out of my purse took he proceeded to yell and follow us out and get out you need to leave and embarrass the hell out of us like needles to say we didn't get a chance to any food there even I told him I'm staying at Harrahs then he proceeded to follow to the hotel lobby to make sure we was a guest all of this. Evidently in this backwood you can stay in Biloxi without being profile worst experience ever make sure that all your guest are treated with respect regardless of race just saying.

As a top 100 member I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. I was treated like less than nothing. The room was dirty and smelled and had dust and dirt all in the room. It was not clean or sanitized and became sick because of it. The front desk treated me like absolute garbage. I will never stay at this property again and they truly bring shame to the Cesar’s properties as the worst I have ever experienced.
The casino was fine but the hotel and staff there were terrible. Stay somewhere else.

We booked through Expedia and when we arrived around 1pm we were told it would be 4pm before we could check in our room. Inconvenient but not a huge problem. When we did get to check in to the room, it appeared dirty. The carpet didn’t look clean or vacuumed. There was no coffee machine in the room and we were told we’d have to go to the Starbucks downstairs in the casino lobby. Another major inconvenience particularly for my wife. After we got back from dinner and gambling in the casino and turned back the covers on the bed, we noticed the white sheets were stained with what appeared to be coffee, ironically, considering no coffee in the room. It was nasty but at 2am rather than call the desk, we just slept in the other queen bed in the room which did appear to have clean sheets. As a parting insult, they charged an undisclosed “resort fee” of $100 on my credit card and the staff at the desk were less than pleasant when I called about it and refused to remove it even though we didn’t use any facilities except the casino. We didn’t even know they had a spa much less use it. These folks at Harrah’s Gulf Coast are just dishonest and I’ll never stay here again under any circumstances.

Some issues on this short stayThe hotel experienced an internet outage of several hours before I checked out, yup the whole hotel was without internet. When I got to my room there were food wrappers from the previous guest, not sure just how well the room had been cleanedHotel parking was good and view from the room was nice. When I checked out early to go to a hotel that actually had working internet one front desk person asked another to "deal with this guest". OK so they are comfortable saying that in front of paying customers....
