I thought about this for a week before I submitted this review. To be blunt, this place is nasty. From the elevators in the parking garage, to lobby doors that someone inside had to open with their fingers because the sensor didn't work, to the smelly guest rooms, it was not at all the caliber I would expect from Harrah's.I made the reservation over the phone and the reservation agent never bothered to tell me that they charge a reservation fee for them assisting you. So much for customer service. The checkout clerk had very little to say as she was the only one on duty and overwhelmed. They also charge a "Resort Fee" for the property which most hotels seems to do nowadays. The problem I have with this is that this "Resort" had none of the following:Maid Servicea Bellmana ValetOur last evening there, I called housekeeping to request new towels. The system kept transferring me to the front desk and they continually put me on hold and never picked back up. After 45 minutes of this nonsense while waiting to take a shower, I actually called the 800 reservation # and told them I had been waiting 45 minutes on hold and they actually got the front desk to finally speak with me. 10 minutes after that I got my towelsIf you are going to charge a "resort fee", I would suspect that a property might actually have the amenities of a true resort.Luckily we didn't spend anytime in the hotel except to sleep. When we returned home and opened our dirty clothes bag, you could immediately smell the musty odor from the room. You don't realize how bad it is once you acclimate to the room when your there but leave and come back and rediscover the odor in your clothes.Totally disgusted with this property and lack of customer service.
