Harrah's Gulf Coast Hotel & Casino in Biloxi

Had a great time. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip and staying at this hotel .had a fun at the slots. BUFFET WAS DELICIOUS. AND SO MUCH TO EAT. DESSERT TABLE WAS MOUTH WATERING.

Spent one night at Harrah's while on a road trip. Rooms are contemporary and was clean meeting Covid 19 recommendations. Casino slots are all electronic and getting more complex to pay. Decent stay especially if you like to gamble otherwise go to Vegas which has a much more varied menu of activities. Also be aware that a DAILY RESORT FEE OF $17 IS ADDED TO YOUR BILL. I would stay elsewhere and come to the casino if I wanted to gamble. Hope this helps.

I've been to many casino hotels around the country and while this one is certainly not the worse, it absolutely shouldn't be ranked even in the top 50. Front desk was beyond rude (like incredibly beyond rude), casino is no larger than a few closest (or so it felt like), internet (which of course you pay for) was slow and lacking, few food choices, nothing around it, room was okay, but nothing special. AT the end of the day, as is often the case, it came down to the really terrible experience with the staff. I wouldn't stay ever again.

I can tell they did some recent renovations with the furnishings and wall designs and it was impressive. The room was very clean. I slept really good. Room service was easy to use thru the app. I ordered breakfast from Mix and Mingle and it was delicious. I would suggest the biscuits and gravy because the gravy is not very thick, which means it's done right and it's delicious. I found only 3 things that need improvements. The shower / bath tub are to close to the toilet so getting in and out of the tub requires going around an obstacle like a toilet and if you slip while getting in or out you will hit the toilet. Also the soap dispenser leaks and it leaves a black stain on the tub which makes you not want to take a bath and just take a shower. Finnaly the desk chair with wheels is very dangerous to sit in. It has no arm rest on the sides. I went to sit in the chair and it kept rolling. I fell backwards and hit the back of my head on the table by the window and it hurt. It left a bump on the back of my head for a week and is still slightly bruised. So just be careful sitting in the desk chair, it will slip out from under you and you have no arm rest to stop it from doing that.

The hotel staff was wonderful and eveything was clean. I was very happy with our accomodations and the room itself. Would definitely stay here again and bring the kids. The pool area was also great and I felt safe during the pandemic.
