    I have been a Ceasars Rewards Member for years. Due to Covid- we no longer traveled to Joliet to gamble. At one point, I was a diamond member. We recently decided to make a visit to the Joliet Casino by booking directly through Ceasars online. The price for our stay was quoted at $89 per night. After entering my information, I got a message this room is no longer available. Call Ceasars directly. They upped the nightly rate to $99. What a scam! I am sure they have plenty of availability. In addition, they now add a $15 resort fee per night per stay. Joliet is the furthers thing from a resort!

    It's an older establishment. My room was not very clean the faucet has limed deposit all around right where the water comes out. I ran A wash cloth across the bathroom floor and it's so dirty. And...More

    It's an older establishment. My room was not very clean the faucet has limed deposit all around right where the water comes out. I ran A wash cloth across the bathroom floor and it's so dirty. And the sheets are like sand paper. The room is here if you need to gamble and stay the night but I don't recommend it

    I visited this hotel and casino over a weekend. This place is extremely dated. The rooms are in poor shape. There are no safes in the rooms and no place for a decent breakfast. Housekeeping does no clean you room so no towel or coffee refills. The Staff in the hotel and casino are apparently bitter because that’s how they treat the customers. Find another place to gamble.

I hope harrahs Joliet realizes that people like her keep loyal customers as myself coming back to Caesar only resorts.

    I really love Harrah’s Hotel and Casino in Joliet. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. The cigarette smoke in the casino is causing me respiratory problems. Some employees have told me to play in the back of the casino. This tells me that others also are having this problem. It’s ridiculous to be able to use only part of the casino. This is not a problem at Hollywood, Par-A-Dice or Bally’s.
