We stayed at Harrah's since it was the base hotel for my wife's 50th high school reunion. The room was clean & quiet, customer service was very good, security to access the elevators for sleeping floors was tight (good), and the food at various locations was all good. However the bed was extremely hard which made sleeping for side sleepers difficult & lead to morning back pain. Pillows were thin and lumpy. At check-in, we opted to forego maid service for a $10 daily credit against meal charges. Although we had breakfast every day at the hotel property, we didn't notice that the promised credit was not applied to our final bill. You shouldn't have to follow-up to make sure the hotel credits you as promised!
