Full transparency, I was comped a free night for the room. However, the room was a disappointment. First, the carpet in the room had ripples, the furniture was out dated, and the satellite was did not work half the time. The linens in the room were thin and looked as though they had been rewashed for several years. There only two paper cups in the room for water or drinks. There were shampoo and body soap pump dispensers in the tub/shower, but no other toiletries (lotion, bar of soap, etc.) were provided. Plus the hallway ceiling was disgusting, it was covered with black grim blowing from the air vents. The one plus was the free WiFi that was provided with the room. Not what I've experienced at this or any other Harrah's property before.
