The hotel’s room (KC Tower) was non-smoking, showed wear and tear, faced the parking lot, but very clean. The hotel staff (Elaine) and the marketing and casino staff (Adrienne and Reggie) were excellent representatives of the facility-very attentive and quick to respond. The food was good in the various eateries. The casino was busy the weekend of the visit. Don’t think the staff could keep up with the cleaning details. It left a lot to be desired. Too many old slot machines in comparison to other Harrah’s visited. They were sticky and dirty in many cases. Took wipes to clean off in many cases. The restrooms were kept cleaned, however. The casino has nothing close-by. Need car service to go anywhere.
