Executive Chef - Ryan Detwiler

Chef Ryan Detwiler always knew he belonged in the kitchen. After trying his hand at a variety of other jobs, Detwiler accepted his fate and began his culinary career as a line level cook in the Buffet at Harrah’s North Kansas City in 2003. Over the next 13 years, Detwiler moved around to various positions including the Sous Chef role at The Range Steak House, Fresh Market Buffet, General Manager’s Club and ’37 Steak. Detwiler accepted the position of Room Chef for Winning Streaks in 2016 and eagerly jumped at the chance to put his own spin on classic dishes, while providing exceptional service to his guests.

Sous Chef - Heidi Van Noy

Chef Heidi Van Noy was born into the food and beverage industry as a third generation family restauranteur in Kansas City. Her passion for service began at a young age, when she started working in the family’s restaurants alongside her siblings and cousins. Van Noy spent the last couple of decades expanding her knowledge across multiple concepts in both Kansas City and Las Vegas. In 2003, Van Noy landed at Caesars Palace working with celebrity chef Bobby Flay as the resident wine sommelier. Van Noy returned to Kansas City in 2010 to run one of the family’s kitchens, which she continues to support to this day. Van Noy accepted the Sous Chef position at Winning Streaks in 2016, and is excited to continue her professional growth and development.
