I have stayed here many times. I stayed in a Jr. Suite in the LV tower. Room is older and somewhat rundown but was very clean. The lady that was preparing the room, Mai, was very friendly and helpful. Ate at Gordon Ramsey's Steakhouse and it was wonderful! Try the Lobster Risotto. Also ate at Bite & Bean and Winners Streak. All was great! Enjoyed playing some new machines and looking forward to going back!

Last night we stayed at Harrahs Kansas City for our anniversary. Our room was DISGUSTING. The carpet was crunchy and had questionable stains. The shower head didn’t work properly and our AC never got below 72°. We spoke to management and they were rude and wouldn’t move us. Gave us little back as a “sorry”. Worst room we have stayed in for the high price! Would NOT recommend.

It's been five years since we stayed at this Harrah's and it doesn't seem like they've touched a thing since then. We stayed in the Las Vegas tower for three nights. Like a lot of properties now, no housekeeping, no room service. The Hyatt Regency at the Orlando airport at least has touchless room service delivery. They drop your food off at the door and leave. The front desk folks were great, but as soon as we started down the hallway, the experience went downhill. The carpet was super old, with loose spots you could barely roll your suitcase over and huge water stains. At least I hope it was water. The carpet in our room wasn't much better. Glad I brought slippers so I didn't have to touch it with my bare feet. We could also hear loud gurgling water sounds coming out of the sink, so we had to close the stopper and keep the bathroom door closed. The only reason I rated it 2-stars is because the old showerhead had a ton of water pressure and the water was super hot. The bed was also super comfortable and we had the best night's sleep ever! This property is in desperate need of a makeover. Maybe they should take advantage of the pandemic to gut the place and start over.

The room was for two people and there was only one cup of coffee set up. Following morning there was literally no where to get any breakfast. The coffee shop had only premade containers of Yesterdays food that they would microwave. We had to leave and go down the street to get breakfast. Our room had black tar like spots all over the carpet that no one had even attempted to clean. A hotel of the size should at least have breakfast.

The casino was ok, but poker room was lacking. I was colluded against, and the dealer did not try to stop it. I complained and floor was called. I lodged complaint complaint and after second time of floor coming over, he stated “ I don’t know what the problem is, but every time I come over, it involves you.” I was reporting regulars showing their hands to one another. The rule is show one, show all, but if you try and have them enforce it, you will get asked to leave. This is obvious favoritism to regulars and creates an unfavorable atmosphere for anyone who is not a regular
