It was my first time staying at Harrah's and I must say we truly had an awesome experience. Harrah's is newly renovated and the rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. The only thing I did not care much for was the shower. There wasn't much pressure but maybe it was just the shower head. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.

We were booked for 8/9-8/16 at harrahs. As a guest you can use the pool at Linq we texted yesterday and the pool was full at harrahs so we received confirmation to use the pool at Linq. The oool was pretty quiet and we were enjoying the sun. We purchased a couple rounds of drinks which were a little pricey but who cares we are enjoying our vacay. Upon leaving the pool we were standing up drying off and was approached by a flock of hotel security who told us that we needed to come with them. We asked repeatedly why to no avail, we were them handcuffed and perp walked through the pool area in front of other guests which was horrifying. We were taken into a room separated and handcuffed being our backs I was handcuffed at my wrists behind my back and attaches to a bench. Repeatedly we are asking what it going on, we here a security guard on the phone claiming we were trespassing 4 times. Which is untrue we had never been to that pool before, I have text confirmation that we were allowed to go, I showed my room key upon entering to security. We were held for a while Still handcuffed and not being told what’s going on. A tall bald headed security came in and said were being released I asked why were we even here to begin with? No answer! He kept yelling at me saying do you want to go or you want to argue I said I want answers. He walked away and then about 7 guards came and walked us to Harrahs because we were being “evicted” from our room still with no reason. I decided to call the police to make a report in waiting for the police we were escorted to the front desk and an employee there tells me she was informed that another guest made a statement that I had taken off my bathing suit in the pool. ReAlly????? I said do you have proof of me doing that and she said “As far as I know yes” we were then escorted back to our room with 7 security officers one who was clearly there for intimidation. We cleared out our room and they waited outside the door. The police showed up and took our statement. We were escorted out the property again by like 8 people walking us through the casino like criminals. This has been by far the worst hotel stay of my life!

The hotel was nice, the hotel did not provide free bottled water with the room. In the desert, while touring a lot of water is needed. I did not use the pool, next visit, I will. I really love the Caesars entertainment hospitality. In spite of COVID 19, The hotel was very clean and staff at all times advising anyone without a mask to wear one, and the environment team continues to clean.

Visited the USA for the time ever after a lifetime of dreaming, booked for a week in Vegas. Harrah’s is located in the middle of the Strip, ideal for getting to and from all the stuff you want to visit. Check in was quick and easy with the staff, though you can self check in also. We had a room on the 26th floor and a view of the High Roller. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel/casino, it is clean, comfortable and couldn’t be better located in my opinion. The pools weren’t open due to it being January, but this was known before arrival, we used the spa instead which was lovely. There’s a couple of restaurant to eat at inside, we went to Fulton Street for breakfast and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse one evening. I’ve seen more recently that they now have a PizzaCake cafe! Would love to go back and see that. I’m not a drinker or gambler so can’t review that side of things, but we did have a couple of goes on the slots and it was fun for sure.Harrah’s is across the road from Caesar’s shopping mall and a short walk to each and every hotel on the Strip, we loved visiting Planet Hollywood’s mall also. We arranged two day trips to the Grand Canyon and to California and we were picked up outside our hotel car park for these or across the road at another pick up point. I would definitely go back to stay here again and would be booking for sure if there wasn’t the pandemic happening!Loved Vegas, loved Harrah’s, love the USA.
