I struggled to give this hotel a proper rating. I went to Vegas to celebrate two birthdays. When we checked into our room, the desks in our rooms was dirty with food crumbs and black soot. When I called for service, the woman who responded was too nonchalant - like it wasn't a big deal. I'm not sure but when you check-in, the room should be ready and not with leftovers from the previous tenant. A supervisor finally showed up to our room and after seeing it for herself, sent us a cleaning lady. The cleaning person was lovely and if it weren't for her, I would have been more upset by the nonchalant approach. On our way out for the evening, we spoke to a manager who compensated us. This is where I struggle with the rating. On the one hand, checking into a dirty room wasn't a good first impression. I also signed up for the going green - which I believe means you won't change the sheets/towels everyday. I'm sure that didn't mean not to check on the room and provide toilet paper or empty the trash. On the other hand, you have some good working people there who were pleasant. I think this hotel has a lot of potential to be great if they can resolve some of the minor issues and provide better customer service.
