Rude customer service, first room was filled with cigarette and pot smoke, second room had poor AC control. No comp receives for either inconvenience. Room service didn’t come even once in our 4 night stay. Location was okay, still a walk to get anywhere nice. We were unexpectedly charged an additional $15 Internet fee which we were not told about. There was no microwave, fridge or even coffee maker. Pool was only open from 9-5 which sucked with 110 degree weather. Overall not happy one bit.

It was an okay stay. Probably won’t stay again due to it nearly being the only hotel only allowing 2 devices to be hooked to WiFi and charging $14.99 a day for each additional device which is ridiculous. Bathroom wasn’t clean as it should’ve been, food is okay but a bit bland. Location is awesome but I think the place needs some attention.
The hotel with remodeled rooms. Good option for staying in Vegas.

«+»Great hotel location almost in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. A good looking hotel lobby and nice gambling area. Easy machine self-check-in/check-out. Remodeled good looking huge room. Comfortable bed in my room. A big nice decorated bathroom with the large shower stall. Good quality bathroom amenities. «-»Not many food options inside of the hotel. Plus, all the restaurants and cafes inside of the hotel were closed by midnight, so there were no options inside of the hotel to eat very late. No refrigerator in my room. No closet in my room to be able to hang clothes. Pretty slow housekeeping service (when I called and asked for towels or something else I always had to wait for like 20-30 min, and twice nobody came at all and I had to call housekeeping again and remind them to bring me things). My room was not really soundproof, I could clearly hear what was going on outside of my door. A room key needed for the elevators to go up. Really? We are in Vegas!
Service is great ---NOT

We had not been to visit Vegas since 2004. We always stayed at the Imperial Palace (now the Linq) and wondered about staying at Harrah's. So we booked our mini vacation at Harrah's. Check in at the kiosk was very easy. We requested our room to be cleaned daily, which never happened. Room was not cleaned once in 4 days. We actually downloaded their app and used it to request clean towels. They arrived within the hour. Kudos for that. The room never got nice and cold even though thermostat was set to 67 degrees. We spent part of the day at the pool, which was ice cold. The waitresses there attended to the people renting the cabanas and not everyone on the pool deck. The bar there was very convenient. Although the $11.95 price tag for a Coors light was not.

A couple of issues made me decide to never return to Harrah’s Las Vegas. The first one wasn’t the most important. Just couldn’t get my room cleaned and couldn’t get fresh towels. A bit frustrating. The thing that made me decide not to return was an experience at Fulton Street. I’m diabetic and was having blood sugar issues. I was desperately in need of eating something. I was dizzy, blurred vision and shaking. Order food at Fulton Street. After 45 minutes I asked where my order was. At this point I decided to just cut my losses and get my money back. The employee, Regal was extremely rude. Walked away for a around 5 minutes then returned. I finally asked to speak to a manager. Jordan came over and issued a refund. Advised it would be a week before I see it. Again, extremely rude. I realize they don’t care about anyone even if they are having a medical issue. I realize they don’t care if I come back or not. Should have stayed at the Virgin.
