DetailStrength I had checked in On Line before I left Ohio. Got to Harrah's about 10:45 PM Vegas time. Used the Kiosk to finalize my check in and get keys. Was told by the machine it would notify me by email when my room was ready. An hour went by no email. Tried again got the same response. By now it is after midnight Vegas time and 3 am in Ohio. I am beat.Waited in a line at counter to speak to an agent. She took care of me, got me a room, but when I got to the room the keys did not work. Went back down to the lobby. The agent made me more keys. Went back up those did not work either. Called Security on a in-house phone. I guy came let us in and then went down and got more keys. Finally got settled in. Furnace did not work in the room and there was a pair of mens underware in the bathtub. We stayed in the room, got furnace fixed and threw away the underware. Other than that our stay was great.
