We stayed in the Madrid Gras tower for three nights. After the first night we reported mold on the walls and shower curtain. Curtain was replaced but we were not offered a new room. The staff we reported to was rude and not helpful. The room smelled of bleach when we returned as if they tried to bleach the mold off the walls. At checkout, I asked if there was anything on file about my reporting. The two people we spoke with seemed sympathetic and we were offered a refund of one day’s resort fees. When I called because I didn’t see the refund, the front desk manager tried to tell me that it was caulking in the shower not mold. I was also told that I was not offered a new room because we “only had one day left”. This was reported after one night of a three night stay. I was then told I should’ve contacted security to report mold and that I was being transferred to security. At that point the call was disconnected “due to an error.” I’m absolutely frustrated with the lack of professionalism displayed by the first employee I reported to and the employee I spoke with on the phone. We will not go to any Caesar’s Palace locations after this disaster of a weekend.

First of all, the entrance to get into the Hotel is a mess, very overcrowded with cars, taxis, buses all in a tight area. Check in was easy enough with the kiosk, getting to the room was simple. The room was clean, linens were clean, no foul odors. Noise easily gets in the rooms, you can hear construction, you can hear music from the other rooms and conversations being carried in the hallway. You pay an extra fee upon check in called a resort fee which includes the fitness room and wifi access. The fee is a ridiculous amount of $39.68 per day. I was in town for business and to see the sites, so when paying the said amount of $39.68 per day, I expect my wifi to work since I need it for business. My wifi only worked 1/2 the night the first night and never again after that. Every time I tried connecting it just said "Ready to connect when network quality improves" which it was never able to connect to wifi, so it never improved. That was a waste of $39.68 per day. Check out was easy, getting an uber and a cab back to the airport is easy too. I will not be staying here again and I also do not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to pay a ridiculous resort fee for non working wifi access and want to hear construction all day long.
