I booked a last minute thanksgiving trip and got 5 nights comped at harrahs. Im a 100% loyal caesars person. I do not have even have a rewards card with any other property in vegas and in my 2-3 trips per year 90% of my money is spent on caesars property. Ive been a rewards member for close to ten years and have been platinum for the past 6 years. I checked in on tues 11/24 with no issues. On thurs (thanksgiving) i got a call from manny at the front desk telling me i had a balance on my account still and he asked if i had fraud protection on my cc because one of the charges had been declined.I logged into my account and saw the hotel had four pending holds ($250 the incidental hold) ($207 resort fees) ($17 and $43 which were both room charges)I called them and being it was thanksgiving their call center was closed (not unusual for a major holiday)I called down and informed manny what i found out and that i would call them again friday, he was fine with that.So i go out for thanksgiving dinner at the Paris only to return with a room key that didnt work. I went back downstairs and they just gave me a new key. This one also didnt work. So i return downstairs again and domenick says i have a balance of $141 and that it had to be paid right then and there or my belongings would be removed from my room and i would have to check out. I explained the earlier conversation and the fact it was a holiday there was nothing either of us would be able to until the morning. He again stated he didnt care and i could “pay it or leave”So i gave him another cc to collect the balance In the roughly 20 years ive been staying at caesars properties and the years ive been a rewards member ive never been treated like thatAlso given the current climate and capacity restrictions it isnt like there is a line of people waiting to get in, so you would think that those of us who actually do take the time and spend our money to come out and support this city would be appreciated a littleNope not domenick. He treated me like there was a line stretching down to ballys of people waiting to check in and that he didnt care about me or my business I also was always told that rewards members were supposed to be treated well. Im platinum but i cant imagine how poorly i would have been treated at diamond level?Im coming back for new years but under no circumstances will i be staying here. Domenick showed me how little this hotel cares about the few customers they do have given the current pandemic situation His customer service skills and common sense are lacking and hes a poor representation of caesars entertainment and is better suited to work for motel 6

I can’t even imagine how worn down the rooms are. Don’t waste your time. This place may be the worst on the strip.
Booked the Linq and was transferred to Harrah's - VERY DISAPPOINTING!

We chose the Linq originally and was excited for the trip. We were there once before and loved it! We were transferred to Harrah's and it was not even close to equal. We did not spend much time there.More

When my girlfriend got there, they wouldn’t let her check in even though she was on the reservation. When I finally got there, they did not even try to say sorry for the inconvenience. I was not happyMore
