My reservation was originally for the Linq. Unbeknownst to me, my reservation was sold to Harrah’s with no notice. Upon check in, I was forced to “upgrade” my room since there was no other option. The view of the strip was laughable, you can only see the roof of the hotel next door. One of the room keys issued to us didn’t work and I had to figure out how to get another one with no help from the staff since I could not find anyone to ask. The pillows were so flat and soft that even after stacking three of them, it felt like my head was flat on the bed. The noise between the rooms and the hallway was loud. Overall I would say the hotel was very old, smelled stale and was lacking in customer service. The real insult came when I had to check out. The hotel charge me $175 in resort fees for amenities that were not even available for use because of covid restrictions. The resort fees cost me more than my room ($150 for three nights). Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, had no intention of staying here in the first place, and I won’t ever stay here again.

I am giving poor rating for the resort fee of $41.25 a day. there was no coffee or refrigerator in room. half of restaurants were closed and we had to go get our own food. no free shuttles to freemont street anymore. what do the resort fees pay for? we didn't even have cleaning. i know it's hard on the hotels with covid but come on!! $19.99 for a breakfast burrito. very disappointed. i live in hawaii and i'm used to high prices and it was higher than here!

Paid extra to check in early. Notified hotel of barking dogs in room next to us. Came back to dogs still barking so we notified hotel again. After an 1.5 hours of no one coming, we called again. Still nothing. Knocked on room next door which clearly had no one in. Security never came and hotel never responded. Sprinkle in a rude housekeeper who acknowledged the issue and rudely asked what we wanted done. Epic fail
Excellent Service
