Receptionist Judy very great warm lady will get the job done ASAP with manners and professionalism she needs a management position at the front desk my stay was 2/24/21 and with out her I don’t think it would have went as planed I didn’t know they didn’t accept any cash at the harrahs location in Vegas so I had a suite booked flew in and only had cash I had a little on my card but not enough for the suite so she got the job done got me in something I was comfortable with and reasonable price the manager was of no help and canceled my reservation cause I only had cash on my I paid a little with card months prior so wen I got there my remaining balance for my room would be a few hundrid I was wrong things went left manager of no helps cancels etc and just leaves me stuck it was my birthday so that kinda stung a little ms just seen me standing there helped me get a room etc thank you so much receptionist just harras location in Vegas thank u so much with out u idk if I’d enjoyed bringing my 30th in as much as I did it was a very nice queen nice bathroom lg flatscreen nice view of the linq etc was just nice thank u so much again again and again

On my last day. I forgot to pack my mens shaver bag. I left over $100 shaver , electric tooth brush. I reported when I got home. To Harrahs lost & found. I gave a detail description. Room number. Within 24 hours, Housekeeping found my. They charge me postage. I received my lost items 2-3 day priority mail $100 insured.

When you check in at this hotel there is no one there to help you. The only person in the lobby to help you as a person taking peoples temperatures due to the Corona virus. Don’t try to check in...More

When you check in at this hotel there is no one there to help you. The only person in the lobby to help you as a person taking peoples temperatures due to the Corona virus. Don’t try to check in more than 10 minutes earlier don’t want to charge you an additional $15 even though they have a $45 resort fee per night when the pool is not open. Once we checked in we headed to our room and immediately noticed that there was a strong scent of smoke in the room. I immediately called downstairs and asked for a room change. The person at the desk stated that they would not change the room because they were at 100% occupancy for the night rather they said that they would bring a machine to make the room smell better. They sent to housekeeping supervisor to the room in the mediately he noticed how bad the room smelled and said that we needed to change rooms. I questioned him and said I thought that the hotel was at 100% occupancy and that there was no room to change me too. He said that they had rooms but they did not trust that gas could make the call of the room smells bad or not. Eventually they did change the room and said that they would be happy to waive the resort fee. The next morning it was worse than walking into the room that smelled like smoke. At 9 AM a maid barged into the room looking to see if we had checked out. We asked why she walked into the room and she said that it was the hotels policy to check all the rooms to see if guests had left. Why would a hotel need to enter a room to see if we just had left? Don’t they know when you check out Computer? Isn’t it a little concerning that at 9 AM they’re going into rooms to see if you’re still there when checkout isn’t even until 11? I called the front desk again and try to talk to someone and they said that they would call back but no one ever called back. Although it was only $45 to spend the night here I would highly recommend avoiding it and picking another hotel on the strip. Harras’s is one hotel that continually disappoints and I don’t know why we continue to give our business to them.
