Too much so will bullet point:1. Checked in at 12:30 AM after a long drive. Line at checkin desk despite the hour and VIP check in desk just ignored us while chatting. Then when finally able to do some work gave us attitude and huge headache about needing adjoining rooms. 2. Got to rooms which resemble cells from Oz. please see attached pictures. Dirty tissues on box in corner. water stains all over bathroom, rust stains, chipped paint, wholes in wallpaper, furniture looked like it had been used by woodchucks for training. 3. Shower had almost no water pressure 4. Tried to eat at restaurants but not possible as you needed a reso. I called operators 7 times to finally be told you had to walk down to the restaurant as they do not answer the phone...WHAT?5. Elevator scene a mess. 25 minute waits to get up. The hotel has service elevators which were occasionally manned but rarely and with no apparent pattern. luckily I was only on the 7th floor so got some exercise as the gym was closed. 6. Resort fee....WTF? for what? WIFI? No gym open, self parking a half mile away up a scary elevator, no amenities. 7. Asked for the GM's contact so I could contact him. No one in the entire organization knows who he is. Not the front desk, not Ceasars main line, not their HR dept. Maybe explains the disaster show. 8. Smoke free casino is NOT smoke free.
