The was an uncleaned room, destroyed by used. Room was in need of repairs walls covering paper peeling off, refrigerator yes, no coffee. Also there was a dog in a near room that barked almost all night. Yes a barking dog. I could have not paid attention had i been paying $20.00 per night, but the cost was at $135.00 per night including resort fees of $19.13. No WIFI to talk about unless you paid $14.00. Reservation ID: 442813464950 and 442813465216.The elevator was not functioning in the north tower. asked to be moved to another room and was charge more for the room claiming center tower was more elite. Experience was terrible.

Having a DIAMOND card at a Caesar's property means NOTHING these days. I'm a Diamond plus member and I'm sorry I am. They stopped Diamond check in...they Closed the Diamond lounges ( except at Harrah's Atlantic City )...you can't get Tito's or even Absolute WHILE you are gambling I was told only Diamond elite or 7 stars can order premium ( Absolute is premium? ) I never heard of the vodka they wanted to service us while we were gambling?Diamond lounge closed ?Diamond check in closed?Free shows closed? (Laughlin never had any shows )Try and use your Diamond card for preferred seating at the Range steak house or Guy Fieri's El Burro Mexican restaurant & they literally laugh. ( I advise eating at the Golden Nugget )They blame it on the coronavirus but if you can open up for everyone and it was packed this weekend then the diamond amenities should be offered! STOP hiding behind the virus. I personally won't spend another nickel at a Caesar's properties until they respect what it took for us to earn our card levels.

We ate at a couple of restaurants at Harrah's, good food and service. But I have a couple complaints, you have the pool open, but the pool bar is only opened Friday-Sunday part time, and the second complaint is a biggy, very few people at the pool and they want you to put a mask on even though your not sitting by anyone. You can be at the pool with no mask but you cant sit on your chair with no one around and you have to mask up. They do not clean the pool or pool chairs or pool railings for covid but they have like double standards. I even told the security people that , they don't make sense. All the senior citizens at the pool have been vaccinated too and we told them that too. We all wore masks inside no problem but your outside in the fresh air and according to the CDC as long as your not in a large group it should be fine. We were never in a large group, maybe 8-10 and not close together.
Worst Experience Ever, don't ever stay here

As a Seven Stars player, I have never been to a Harrah's property where they gave my reserved room away, had reserved a suite months in advance and when I checked in was a regular room, was told that is how we do things here, wait, what? Bought a lighter at the gift shop, it stopped working after 30 minutes, went to exchange it was told we cannot do that so had to buy another one. No Diamond/Seven Stars line at the cashier, just one huge long wait, a few of the bars were impossible to get any service at, took off my mask for 30 minutes and they finally came over to yell at me, still couldn't get a drink, asked them to use my Celebration dinner at the Range Steakhouse, instead, they used al my points and I still have some celebration dinner vouchers left. And no one really cares, do not ever stay here unless you want the worst experience of your life.
