$70 sign up through Caesars Rewards program.I know that doesn't make it 100% fee free, BUT still a great value. No room fee, no resort fee, no airline fare, free transport to and from small uncrowded airport.Took a new uncrowded 737 to Laughlin,NV. 47 people on board left for our destination 20 mins early! Sun Country Airlines had a AWESOME crew and clean new plane.Snack bags provided by Harrahs entertainment included a beef stick, cheddar crackers, granola bar,,chocolate chip cookies and water.!! 2:20 hourflight,Bumpy flight at times.Arrived at airport ,deplaned on an old school ramp and jumped the free bus and was in our room in 30 mins. Expedited check in.Room is clean and modern, unlike many reviews which I had read. Hot and cold water and pressure is great. Cold water is cold as you will appreciate it in the 113° desert.(the accommodations were by far better than our last stay at the Flamingo Las Vegas June 2020)1st day slots were a push, drink service was rapid and poured strong(yes!). $10 min limit on roulette. Table games we sterilized anytime someboday vacated a seat.( they don't do that in Vegas) The house is addament about face masks. Ate at the pizza place 1st floor. $8 for a HUGE slice (good value)Bed is firm but its subjective to the individual.Day 2 Coffee maker in room! good cup o Joe. Nice shower in room, fresh nice smelling clean towels.Dropped into the cafe' for an ample basic breakfast $30 ( discount for Caesars reward members) Great food. Again very nice and accommodating staff. So far not 1 unpersnoable server or stsff member. Played slots and won $300. Next up take the water taxi($5) to the rest of Laughlin as it is too hot to walk that mile. There is a riverwalk there that connects the resorts so one may meander and scout out the other resorts.

We come to Laughlin every year to enjoy the beach like atmosphere and the frigid Colorado river on a hot day. We have stayed at this establishment multiple times and never encountered so many issues. We checked in on one of the kiosk's in the lobby, once we received our room key we went up only to realize it was the wrong room (Single king instead of a double premium). We went down to the lobby and we were given the room we paid for. We tried to get into this room and the key would not work, made another trip down to the front desk and again were given a different room. The beach area was super crowded and the palupas that were once free to use now came with a charge, we were not allowed to bring personal umbrellas either. Day 2 we decided to get a cabana, the staff in the rental office was extremely accomodating and so was the security in the area. The food was reasonably priced and there was little to no wait. Got back to our room only to find out that housekeeping did not clean due to COVID protocols. We also noticed a bad stain on the comforter that we did not notice the night before. We called down to get more fresh towels and a new comforter, we were told that we could not get a new comforter but we can get 2 blankets if we wanted. I waited 45mins and they still did not arrive. I had to make a trip down to the front desk to inquire the status. Soon there after the runner arrived, she also was extremely polite and pleasant. Last and final issue was the toilet paper dilemma, late in the evening we ran out and there was no additional roll in the room, again called own for assistance. 45mins later still no Toilet paper, again made a trip to the front desk to inquire. By the time I got back to the room the toilet paper arrived.I will say that the staff was extremely polite and professional and they are what saved this from a 1 star review. As I said harrahs has always been our go to when we go to Laughlin . I am just hoping that this was just a fluke weekend.

I would give this Hotel and Casino 1/2 Circle. I made 3 calls to have the AC looked at, 2 times on Sunday and once on Monday when I had to get new room Keyes and they never came. (Room 20575). It was 115 on Sunday and 109 on Monday. Our room was HOT! I had the ac on 60 and it wasn't working. The room was so hot it was horrible. The elevator in the parking structure was cooler than our room, how does that make sense? Right now at check out, I told the lady about my requesting maintenance to look at the AC and all she did was remove the resort fees $24. for 1 night and acted like she was doing me a favor. Hmm hmm I was in that hot room for 2 nights! SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, on Monday I added an extra day by calling the front desk which was ok, however the room rate was more expensive on a Monday night than Sunday night, when I asked if that was with the essential workers discount he just said it's with the players card on file. Really! I had to ask to move to another tower to get a rate of $74 and he said he would match the rate so we can stay in the same room. Then we left for the day to the beach came back at 7pm and our room keys didn't work. I was pissed! . The front desk never told me I had to go and get new room Keyes. And , if that isn’t enough..... I just looked at my receipt and they charged me the $74 to add the 1 night but I just seen they charged me an additional $12 upgrade. That was NEVER mentioned to me. It isnt that hard to provide good customer service, not great just good. I will NEVER stay here again and I do not recommend it. Beware confirm all charges before paying.

Well I decided to stay at Harrah’s Laughlin for a change of pace and go on their private beach. Well needless to say I did not go to beach area. It was way to many people, jet skis, boats, etc. I understand we are on water but it looked like spring break. Something to think about is when guests leave beach/pool area they have to walk thru the Main Casino. I can see how Nevada’s numbers keep going up. Stay safe everyone and it will all be just a bad memory

Where do I start? My room in the south tower (10513) was okay. After reading the description of the rooms, I was expecting a remodeled room, well, it was - maybe ten years ago. ;-( It had the shower with just a third panel of glass from the ceiling to floor that was non-moving. Pretty but since the partition was butted up to the wall, I had to reach in from the center of the opening just to turn the shower on and you know the first water out of the showerhead is COLD!!During the virus epidemic, there was no housekeeping during your stay, which in a way was nice. I could go to the room anytime I wanted to without being disturbed. I did run out of coffee but a call to housekeeping and they came up with more coffee for me. I didn't have clean sheets / towels / etc. daily but who does that at home. No problem. The room was basically clean. My only complaint there was at the base of the shower. Along the base of the shower was slight discoloration. Mold? I don't think so, it looked more like rust? Whatever it was, some bleach on it would have made it look a lot cleaner.Restaurants - You had to plan when you wanted to eat. Due to the virus, their hours fluctuated. Food (I just ate at the Beach Café) was ok. I did get a Cinnabon roll from their booth in the food court. They are always good! Casino - Okay, first impression excellent. Our temperature was taken before we boarded the plane and after landing before we could check into our room. But guess what - then I wasn't impressed. People that were walking into the hotel / casino - did they have their temperature taken - no. They just needed to be wearing a mask. Did I see the machines being cleaned - no. I went to Riverside Resort / Casino one day. They were constantly cleaning their machines. Slots - okay now I'm sad, not a lot of fun there. Every once in ten + machines I found one that let me have fun either with the special features or a bonus. But the bonus wasn't all that great. Line hits sometimes were better. Even though there are a lot of machines, there weren't a lot of newer ones like Tarzan, Griffon's Throne, Heidi's Bier Haus, and others. I got bored quickly.I don't normally go to Harrah's but it was the only one that had air charters available. So, go have fun, just don't expect to break even. LOL
