Yes the rooms are cheap, but we thought the Covid -19 lock down would have allowed them to clean and fix rooms. We still experienced uncleaned rooms and seemed like they were not sanitized. The tub/shower drain was clogged.

Our room was in the South Tower, looking into the mountains. It was a great room with 2 double beds and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Large screen TV on the wall and a small table for our things. We didn't have any luck in the casino but we did see many people winning jackpots! Overall we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Harrah's treated us extremely well. Our room was clean, the bedding was good although I wish they added extra pillows and towels. We had a great river view. The hotel practiced all Covid measures on arrival. Not all patrons used masks ( this should be mandatory but.. ) the tables and slots were kept within Covid standards which we felt was good on Harrah's part. Although food dining was extremely limited at the hotel due to various reasons unknown, we were able to enjoy most restaurants, and also dined off site due to this. It wasn't a huge deal. We wanted to try other places anyway. The river area was amazingly kept, the jet ski rental area was easy to rent and we had a lot of fun. We will continue to keep coming back to Harrah's Laughlin.

We were a party of 11 with 6 separate rooms I needed bell service and they refused I even talked to the supervisor and she also said no , when i booked my room they never informed me that they would not be able to accommodate us , she told me she would refund me back for the room I told her we drove 4 1/2 hrs she basically told me to leave . I called the Edgewater and was able to get a room a lot cheaper than Harrah's . I will never book Harrah's again , the rest of our party had already checked in so they stayed but later told us they would not stay there again because the staff was rude , the rooms were not all that great , that it's too far from the other casinos and the water taxi stops at 10 p.m. We stayed June 23 , 2020 for 2 nights I would say call ahead if they offer bell service or valet

Let me preface this with I have stayed at many Harrah’s Resorts and have had a great time. My recent experience was not only disappointing, but the worst hotel experience that I have encountered. To start we came to Laughlin for a friends wedding expecting to have a relaxing couple days. Harrah’s Laughlin has put a damper on this event. - to start the facilities are in disrepair and are dirty. They lack the attention that is received by a gas station restroom. Carpets that have not been cleaned, piles of trash in cans and on floor, the hot tub empty with dirt and debris present. - the staff appear to be poorly trained in hospitality or have become hopeless due to the neglected conditions surrounding the property. From front desk staff that appear that they would wish to be anywhere else, floor staff that are dismissive and an overall sense that the facility is failing. -Prior to leaving for our trip we had called to confirm that the restaurants and other facilities would be open. We were assured that all the restaurants and facilities within the resort other than the valet would be open and available. Most all of the restaurants were closed upon our arrival, and while there the renaming cafe was closed. We were advised that we could get sandwiches from the gift shop. - we had booked a room for 2 nights, after helping set up for a wedding we needed to refresh before evening festivities. Upon returning to room the keys did not work. We went down to the front desk and was advised that a system error had occurred on their end and that the reservation was changed to one night only. Which I understand errors occur, but to be then told that they would not honor the second night and that they had no rooms available. - the front desk did give us a key to retrieve our items, upon us getting ready to leave the room we heard a knock on the room door, a security officer was present to ensure that we evacuated the room. At no time did we have any type of adversarial or hostile interaction with staff. In Totality I can honestly say that Harrah’s Laughlin has definitely tarnished my opinion of the Harrah’s/Cesar’s group.

Our room was in the South Tower, looking into the mountains. It was a great room with 2 double beds and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Large screen TV on the wall and a small table for our things. The hotel practiced all Covid measures on arrival.
