Best of the best.

They thought of everything, and it was a really great time. I wish every place I visited was as good as they were. They really went out of there way for me and I really appreciated that very much...More

They thought of everything, and it was a really great time. I wish every place I visited was as good as they were. They really went out of there way for me and I really appreciated that very much. From the moment we arrived they helped us in every way possible. I have never had such great service. They did my thinking for me, which was really great. They made sure that I got everything and always asked if there was anything else that they could do for me. Excellent customer service, almost to good to be true.

We took one of the "flight & room" offers from Harrah's in early December. The trip there and check in at the hotel was well organized and reasonably efficient. Our room was in the South Tower, I presume the original. And it showed. The carpet was frayed and shabby. The shower was only 1/2 enclosed so water was sprayed all over the floor. There was an incentive to not use maid service or have towels changed daily. But there was no place to hang the towels to reuse them so we didn't opt in to that program! The bathroom door was of translucent material so it looked like daylight out in the room when the light was on in there. Not conducive for another person trying to sleep! To the management; maybe install a blind that could be pulled down to keep the light INSIDE the bathroom??? We were awakened most nights with slamming of doors as we were near the elevator. One night, though, there was much shouting along with door slamming. I opened our door to ask whomever to take their "conversation" elsewhere. To my shock, there were two security men standing at the door next to ours SHOUTING at the people within! I was stunned that the noise waking us up was not a drunken partier! Overall the people working at Harrah's were great all the way around. The Beach Café had decent food for a decent price. Service was slow and once you've been served, don't expect a check back or more coffee until they choose to bring the bill. The buffet was better than many. Tuesday is old folk's day if you earn 55 points on your rewards card you can eat dinner free. I do not recommend going to Laughlin in December. Everything is shut down for refurbishing. No water taxis are operating as they are pulled out of the water for maintenance. Same with jet skis. Nevermind that the weather isn't conducive to water sports either!

Stayed in the North Tower, what a dump, gave us a room right by the elevator, and we did not sleep at all, the elevators are so loud, that we had to move. We had no fridge, safe or coffee maker. Even in a low end motel you get a coffee maker. When I called to front desk to ask about fridge and coffee maker they wanted $10 a day for fridge and $5 a day for a coffee maker, what the...... I could not believe this, some rooms have them but if your room doesn't then you pay, I have never in my life heard of this. Paid for a view, just didn't realize the view I paid for was the other hotel tower. The furniture is worn, the bed was lumpy, nothing like the pictures. The elevators are a nightmare out of 5 only 3 work, so you are waiting forever to get an elevator. Place is full of kids that press every button inside the elevators before they get off, where are the parents? The casino has a non smoking section which is appreciated but it is not regulated so you do get smokers, smoking there. Maybe reverse it and give the smokers the little area, and give the non smokers the larger area. The waitress are wonderful and the hardest working staff there. Always wanted to spend time in Laughlin which I enjoyed, just thought Harrahs was not the wisest choice, will stay somewhere else next time

The hotel is nice... I give only 4 stars because I didn’t like the bathroom. It was clean but the shower floor was pretty slippery. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. A/C worked great...More

It’s an older hotel and could use updating. The bedding was very nice. I do recommend this hotel. Another thing, it is too far from anywhere to walk. We had to Uber around town to go anywhere. Oh and worse Buffet we’ve ever eaten at. Luckily there were other options.
