Harrahs does not practice Covid 19 protocol. They allow anyone to enter this hotel not knowing if they have the virus or not. Do they even think about anyone or just the money that we put out on the casino floor? Upon check in, I had to walk through a temperature check which wasn’t monitored by anyone unless they were on break. I asked the front desk about how we as guests are protected by outside guest since they don’t have to be checked and she said she’s just been back for two days but don’t know. You would think that upper management would inform them better. Parking is terrible. Looked for parking for over 30 minutes and had to park where the boats park. Got into the room after carrying all my stuff which was the last room at the end of the hallway. Got into the room and the bathroom has hair all in the floor and countertops. I call downstairs and to be on hold for over 20 min. I decided to hang up and call again but this time I interrupted her and said no, I’ve been holding for to long. She said she will get to me soon.I hold another 10 or 15 min and then they say they can move me. Did they not know what room is clean? The phone was dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks and who knows if the sheets are clean. Why move if it’s 3 am and you have to carry all your stuff back down and get they key? I’ve even requested someone to bring the keys to me and they couldn’t since they were to busy. I asked for a supervisor and she said she was. Now... I am requesting another supervisor and the housekeeping supervisor to return my call. If you don’t care about your health, this is definitely a place to be. Such poor work ethics and poor management. They must don’t care

I always enjoy staying here whether with my husband or my mom. This trip was with my mom and as always the staff was awesome. Dylan did an awesome job checking me in and getting me a great room and so friendly. Mom has mobility issues so she stayed sat down while I got us checked in. A nice staff member named Wanda came up to check on her to make sure she was ok and offered her water. She looked for her the next 2 mornings to make sure all was ok. Thank you so much Wanda and everyone. And also thank you for enforcing the mask rule as I saw some who weren't following it and were told they needed to. So thank you for keeping us safe and I can't wait to return again.

We took the offer for the Harrah's charter get away after years of just ignoring it. Airplane trip from Minneapolis to Laughlin, was quick and un eventful. Crew was helpful and even though there was no drink service we were given a snack bag and water for the short 3 hour flight. When we arrived, we were ushered to the buses and taken straight away to Harrah's where we were greeted by staff, giving us water and hand sanitizer and also our envelopes with our room keys and other information. What a great check in experience, I wish they were all like this. Check out was much the same. Bags were picked up in the room, buses to the airport, and checkin at airport very seamless and easy.Casino was small and I wish there were a bigger selection of games but okay. Waitress service was adequate, although over the weekend it was much less due to the amount of people in the casino. We were disappointed that the bars were not open, we did not know this prior to arriving, however, the state opened the bars up at midnight the day we left. This would have made things somewhat better. Somewhat disappointed in the mask police, I totally understand that monitoring mask coverage is necessary, but i would be taking a drink and they would be badgering you to pull your mask up before you had even gotten the bottle to your lips. Same with smoking, and often times they were rude and admonishing. Also, sanitizer stations were often empty. I do look forward to returning after the Covid situation is over.Hotel room was clean and AC was like a refrigerator....Love love loved that, considering the heat. The grounds were kept nicely and you could see people constantly attending to area.I wish this property was in walking distance to the other area casinos, but you can't have everything. We will definitely return

Too many walking around smoking and congregating with masks completely off. I did complain to 3 different personnel (one was a manager coming from out of the office) and all said to tell the people on the floor. We went to the Riverside and all personnel watching for corvid offenders had uniforms on and were walking around telling people to cover their noses and put masks on. Smokers there must keep masks on unless they are taking a drag off their cigarette. Cannot sit and smoke with masks down below their chin or walk around smoking as they do at Harahs. I witnessed this several times and was seated by some of these people. Our room was terrible. Bed was swayback and lumpy and water was running down the wall from the A/C and the rug was wet. We did get moved the next day to a nice room in the South Tower. There were kids running up and down the hall in the wee hours of the a.m., partying going on in the parking lot and it sounded like fireworks going off. I have always enjoyed staying at Harahs but would probably not go back until covid ends and employees were more vigilant.

Asked for a non smoking floor/room. Room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke! The room had plastic utensils left on tv stand. The hallway carpet was torn and stretched to the point you tripped several times walking to the elevator as well as filthy! It literally looked like house keeping just swept everything out of the rooms into the hall. It was so bad even our dog cried all night to get out! Only saving grace was the staff we did encounter were very pleasant and tried their best to be accommodating. We will never stay here again!
