We stayed for one night at Harrah's Laughlin on Monday, October 19. We checked in at about 7:30pm and checked out the next morning at 10:00am. Let me just preface this review by saying that there are really no super nice or luxury hotels in the Laughlin area; however, Harrah's is pretty good, at least in our experience. It is even better knowing that the prices in Laughlin are usually pretty rock bottom.Free parking in the adjacent garage and we entered. If you are a hotel guest, your temperature is checked. For the people who come just for the restaurants or casino, they were enforcing the mask policy quite well, which was nice to see.We had a 2 Queen room in the South Tower, and we felt the room was in pretty good condition. The bathroom was pretty updated, clean and nice. However, the European style shower was built a little too short. The glass divider is not quite long enough to prevent major splashing onto the floor. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bedroom area was clean. The temperature controls were working properly. The carpet could definitely use an update soon though. We had the opportunity to game, and we had pretty good luck. We also ate at one of the restaurants, which I will review separately. Overall, a good stay, and I would return again in the future.

First off, I’m a adult and understand COVID. Mask down for drinking Up when not but still harassed by security, constantly. Actually had one guy stand there and watch me,Kinda creepy!6 FT rule not here. The place was wall to wall people. Why check temps for hotel guest and no others? The room was dated, filthy and I believe not cleaned prior to reopening. If I had somewhere else to go I would have left. Oh, I upgraded to this. Hall carpets were buckling and stained. The grounds were untidy as well. I will say the staff are friendly and helpful. How can Caesars whose other properties are immaculate allow this place to be in this condition. Close your towers and reopen once renovated.I will never return here.

I am Marine Corp Combat Veteran, I can not believe this hotel does not care about COVID-19 health checks. The issue is that there is so many doors you can go thru to get in to this hotel and they are not monitoring them. The main entrance to hotel, they do check you if you are staying as hotel guests but that is only if you get in lane to check in for hotel. My family of six was Disgusted at the fact this hotel does not care about the CONVID-19. We are now going to be test when we get home to Las Vegas, NV to make sure we did not get it. As a family man and Combat veteran I am telling everyone to stay was from this Casino and hotel. Caesar hotel administration needs to address this issue. For spending over 500.00 on a one night stay in 2 queen bed suite on top floor. You think you will be treat better and feel that you are safe in hotel and casino. I will also say they are not adhering to the 50% rule either. Harrah’s Laughlin an Nevada is not worth the money and the time due to they do not care about the disease. They are more concerned about making money to put back in your pockets. We give this hotel and casino a F rating

We were on a package from Minneapolis. Masks required on the plane, and temps were taken before boarding. We did get a snack on the plane. Temp taken again when entering the hotel before receiving our room keys. We had rooms in the South Tower. Rooms were nice and spacious, and very clean. Loved the walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Room service daily. Only recommendation is to put a full length mirror in the rooms. Arrived on a Thursday evening. Casino was very crowded, but did not have a lot of the table games open. When I asked, I was told they only have more dealers working Friday - Sunday. Sunday evening they had lots of tables open, but the weekend crowd had left and it was dead. When a player leaves a table, that area and chair are sanitized before another play can sit down. Not every place in Laughlin does this and I appreciated it. Masks required at all times. Although we didn't have any luck gambling there, we had a good stay, and I would come back.
