We stayed 2 nights here in a "king deluxe" parking lot view. I would have given a 3 or 4 if not for some issues outside the room, room was 4. The resy agent had not given us the river view when we called 7+ days prior to arrival and said it wasn't available when we added on a night stay, app said it was available. The parking lot entry was awful, to crowed, small, dirty and smokey. Entering at the elevators was congested at most times making for complete irritation. Guests and non guests enter here with people getting on and off the elevators. There is valet the other side however we prefer self park and convience. I also believe their should be designated parking for hotel guests in the front and non guests in the back or the side lot.The casino is far to small and crowded, please expand. We didn't play until 2-3am when machines freed up then they asked us to leave our machines at 5:37am for closing at 6am. The band they had sounded good with the area being so small and near the entrance we couldnt get a seat or view due to machines, filled seating and being an entry way. That area should be center bar with center bar( always empty) in the smaller area. We didnt eat there due to no breakfast served, Fat Edd's being down the road (which was great )and the buffet was very small as well as looking over priced, $10 at best, we also went to the park and grilled. Our room was very large, comfortable, and clean with everything we needed. We will stay again to enjoy the nature areas and Paducah. Someone needs to replace the sign that says fitness room and spa, there is no spa. In all way to small and to many lost oppurtunities. Put in a spa or massage place at least coin chairs. Capatilize on the Superman novelty, add a mini golf, buy the museum, add a roof top pool area anddining, river side walking and seating. Do something to improve the "resort" space. Had we not been comped the baymont next door would be a better choice. The staff was very friendly during our stay.
