The check-in process was fantastic and the room was great. The king deluxe offers a chair, ottoman and sofa for friends and family to gather. The bathroom is large and well appointed. However the buffet is horrible. Dried out ham slices, sirloin that you end up spitting out as it was full of grizzle, Fried chicken that was mediocre and the side dishes were basic; Canned green beans and corn, and mashed potatoes that were dried out on the top. Deserts? This again was unacceptable. Dried out cheese cake from sitting out to long, chocolate mous that tasted like ordinary pudding. The worst however was they had 3 layer multiple cake beautifully well decorated. A triple chocolate, a carrot cake and a white. I asked the employee if he could cut a piece of the carrot as none were out. He said yes walked into the kitchen area and pulled a half frozen, boxed, undecorated carrot cake from the walk-in fridge. He unboxed it in front of me, cut a slice and handed it to me. No decoration and still half frozen. He never touched the displayed one so I assume it is only for display and possibly not real, just for show. How disappointing. I would not suggest eating at the buffet until they get a head cook and restaurant manager that know what they are doing. We will not be eating at the casino anymore.
