We have stayed at this hotel, except for the last 2 years, several time on our way back from Florida. One year because they were flooded by the Ohio and another because they were not taking room reservations. We noticed that over the years, services were being eliminated, but still the rooms were good and the main restaurant was worth dining in.This year we were able to get a room and game at the same time. My wife and I were happy that things were back! Not so fast.Upon arrival, the circle drive to drop off our luggage was blocked off. In order to check in, we had to park in general parking and lug our luggage up steps. Parking was fairly full so we were about 3 rows back. No accommodations for hotel stays.Check in was OK, but in the room .... no coffee. They said that they would send it up and if we needed more than 2 cups to call for more.2 hours after check in we still haven't seen the first arrival.I think next year we will book the Baymont next door, I think they will appreciate us more.
