Executive Room Chef Jason Routzahn is leading the local dining scene by bringing the ultimate dining experience to Harrah’s Casino.

“ I could not be more energized over the direction of Caesars Entertainment. After months of planning and exploring various local ingredients, I believe we have created a menu that will offer something for everyone.
