We stayed here for five nights - three nights were complimentary and we had to pay for two nights - what a mistake!The pros are the location, which is excellent and the staff, which is friendly and helpful. The cons are just the filth of the motel overall. The carpet in our room was badly stained, bathrooms were not too clean and the common areas look like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time! The hallways need to be vacuumed, the interior of the elevator doors need to be cleaned, the interior and exterior of the front doors are filthy - even the revolving door, which should be a showcase piece, was dirty. The lobby floors and elevator floors need to be mopped and seriously, every room needs to be gone through with a fine toothed comb because I didn't find a single area that looked like anyone cares. From burned out lightbulbs, to non-working remote controls, these guys need to get it together. Also- citing Covid concerns - we were told there is no daily housekeeping. I just don't believe for a minute that it is due to Covid concerns - at the very least, if someone is there for for than three days, housekeeping should come in and refresh the room. I was truly taken aback by the condition of this property!
