Have stayed many times at Harrahs in the past, was very disappointed this trip. Rooms are very weathered, couch covered in stains, handles broken on drawers, curtains broken and won’t open and worst of all customer service. They sent me a text saying “I’m Ivey your personal concierge, please text me for all your needs”. So night one I texted about a blanket, 3 hours later I hit a response that said “sorry for the delay” and they dropped of sheets. Next morning texted for towels, never got them. I had to call the front desk to get them delivered. Texted Ivey for Toilet paper, never got any, I had to go to the front desk to get it. When we checked in they said each room had two bottles of water in it, my room had none. When I went back to the front desk to ask them about the water bottles they said “water is NOT provided in your rooms it’s a charge of 1.00 a bottle for it and you must come down to the front desk to pay for it. They won’t deliver it until paid for” which I think is a scam to make cash money off the customer. Customer service was a 2 on a scale of 10. Not very friendly or helpful at the front desk. Unfortunately we won’t be back. We will fly a little further and head to Las Vegas for our future gambling weekends.
