Upon check in Adrione made sure that everything was in order so that I would have no problems. I give her a 10 plus at Harrah’s New Orleans because she has the attitude of “Above and Beyond Guest Expectations” which is the best asset any employee could have. You establishment should be grateful for having her because that is an attribute that is home taught and bred. Please bring Human Resources training guides up to par to have all employees at least close to her level of professionalism. To me she is the epitome of many!! Thanks for an awesome stay NOLA!!

I Love staying at Harrah's 🏨 everytime I visit New Orleans. The staff is great and the service is awesome on every visit I have never had an issue with any of my stays. I would love to stay more days and time in New Orleans at this location but my job schedule permits me from doing that. Thanks Ivy for the love shown on my trip hope to see and visit with u all again.

The room wasn't worth paying an upgrade

The room smelled like smoke. The furniture was very old and beat up. I never received the roll away and I told they didn't have valet but they did. I wouldn't recommend to do the upgrade at all...More

Whether I'm visiting Vegas or New Orleans Harrah's is my go to hotel. I've always had good experiences with Harrah's. This time the overall experience was good, but could have been better. The room was nice, but the furniture was a little worn. I know a lot of the amenities have been suspended for the pandemic, but the resort fee has not. We were told that the ice machines were not operable due to the pandemic, didn't really quite understand why; especially since I stayed at the Hampton Inn the week before and they're ice machines were all operable. Wi-fi was weak at best, so we used our cellular data. All in all not a bad stay, especially for the pandemic prices.

I give her a 10 plus at Harrah’s New Orleans because she has the attitude of “Above and Beyond Guest Expectations” which is the best asset any employee could have. Whether I'm visiting Vegas or New Orleans Harrah's is my go to hotel. I've always had good experiences with Harrah's. This time the overall experience was good, but could have been better. The room was nice, but the furniture was a little worn. I know a lot of the amenities have been suspended for the pandemic, but the resort fee has not.
