Whether I'm visiting Vegas or New Orleans Harrah's is my go to hotel. I've always had good experiences with Harrah's. This time the overall experience was good, but could have been better. The room was nice, but the furniture was a little worn. I know a lot of the amenities have been suspended for the pandemic, but the resort fee has not. We were told that the ice machines were not operable due to the pandemic, didn't really quite understand why; especially since I stayed at the Hampton Inn the week before and they're ice machines were all operable. Wi-fi was weak at best, so we used our cellular data. All in all not a bad stay, especially for the pandemic prices.
