As a person that has worked in the hospitality business in Las Vegas Nevada for more than 19 years, I was really disappointed with the customer service in this location. I always stayed in Cesars/Harrah's properties when we go on vacation and have never experience the lack of professionalism we experience in this location. First - at check in they have some type of attitude, we got there and wanted to check in early and they were letting us know that it was an extra charge for that, something we already knew, but it was not the information provided is the way they attitude in their tone of voice. Also, they were letting us know that during our stay, will not be housekeeping coming to our room unless we needed anything, and we have to call and request the service or what was needed, and not room service. (This information was not provided on the website).Second - When we got to the room the bathroom faucet was licking. I called and reported the issue. I took a nap and when I wake up two hours later, I ask my husband if they came to fix it and he said no. I went downstairs on my way to the casino and stop by the front desk to report the issue again. The lady looked at me and do not say anything. So, I proceed to tell her a situation. I asked her if she could please create another ticket to get this fix today or if another room was available. She proceeds to type on the computer and let me know that a ticket was already created. I explained to her to please follow up or submit another ticket. She was looking at me like I was annoying her and started typing again. Then, she stopped typing and straight just looked at me without speaking, I ask is that's all, and she said yes.Third - My husband needed another blanket, and we call to request that. We were waiting to see if someone will come to provided us with the blanket, but we have to go. So, on our way out the property, we stopped at the front desk to ask if someone could stop by our room and leave couple of blankets. The lady with a lot of attitudes say to us that they will not leave a couple of blankets, where I responded that a couple of blankets means two blankets. She looked at us and said OK.Is more negative experience to share about this first and last stay, but overall, we are very disappointed with this Harrah's location and did not expect this type of behavior from the employees. Never saw any managers around and the property did not have enough security.
